Mainland Primary Care Clinic was established in 2004. Clinic physicians include Dr. Dorothy Merritt, Dr. Fan Li, and Dr. Yohmarie Cajigas.

«Experience is the best teacher and I am always willing to learn.» is the quote that Elizabeth has lived by for the past 10 years as she served as Practice Manager for MPCP. She has been dedicated to the practice and the community by lending her time and talents to several community organizations throughout Galveston county. Elizabeth is known as the All American Office Manager, she is able to serve in all areas of the office which includes but is not limited to: billing/​coding, marketing, development and much more. Elizabeth’s mission is and will always be to treat the patients just like she wants to be treated and to provide the first class treatment they deserve.
