All the workers seemed to be super happy to be at work and spoke with the customers with great energy and as if they truly cared about their needs. It was customer service way better than what you would typically find.
I arrived 10 minutes after they opened on a Wednesday morning and they patched my tire and rotated them within 30 minutes. Also, i had bought my tires from them several years ago and they were apparently still under warranty so it was free!

Always helpful whenever I visit. They were able to patch my flat within 20 minutes both times I went to visit the store. I also bought a set of 4 Pirelli tires from them and have not had a problem with the tires since purchase (although the price was a little more than what I was expecting). Complimentary bottled water while you wait is a plus as well!

BOY things gone downhill at this location. Change of crews (new faces) work in slow motion. Drive a lil further up to league city location where they still go above and beyond expectations

In at 8:00, drove away at 8:13. Quick, friendly service. What more can I say? Tires are tires. 13 minutes is record time, though. coffee was ready when they opened the door and they had complimentary bottled water.

This store has the best service I’ve experienced anywhere in a LONG time! I never ever leave reviews but was so impressed that I made a Unilocal account just to leave this review. Thank y’all so much for making my tire buying experience fast and easy with no stress. They ordered my tires for me and had them there that day. It’s such a breath of fresh air after dealing with people who are never consistent and always seeming to try and rip you off. So once again, thank y’all so much!

Best tire place around affordable tires/​rims and warranty and their located all over, so you won’t have a problem when you have a flat or any other tire disaster. Customer service is good and they explain repairs/​options.

I have been buying tires here for years. The only complaint I have is that occasionally they are so busy that the wait is a little long. They have always been courteous, and take the time to explain and show you what the problem is. I have never had any problem with them honoring warranties.
