Established in 1988.

After years in the General Rental Business, Jane Ann had the idea of a building that could host special events and also offer a complete line of party and event equipment available for rent. That idea came into reality in 1988 when Special Events on the Boulevard opened for business. Since then it has been the location for countless events in the Texarkana area.

Special Events of Texarkana is owned and operated by Jane Agan and Family. After years in the General Rental Business, the idea of a building that could host special events and also offer a complete line of party and event equipment available for rental was developed.
