History

Established in 2006.

Payless Storage #3 was thoughtfully planned out and built in 2006 by Ronald Steitler, entrepreneur and business developer. After building Payless Storage #1 with co-​owner, Perry Steitler, Ronnie established Payless Storage #2. Life-​long resident of the Texarkana area with over twenty years of business development experience, he is able to offer the best business experience to customers through great rates, top customer service with family-​operated management, and convenient locations.

Business Owner

Ronald Steitler, entrepreneur and owner of Steitler Land & Timber, has diligently worked in the timber industry for over 20 years. He was born and raised in the Texarkana area and began his career in timber at the age of 28. At that time, he became a forester for Mose Reid at Haynes Timber Company in Bloomberg, TX. He worked with landowners and built lasting business relationships with them as he worked to provide them with the most value for their timber while respecting their property throughout the entire logging process. In addition, he was able to provide jobs for Haynes Timber Company’s four logging crews.
