Encore Waggoner Creek

From the dozen or so apartment complexes I’ve visited in Texarkana, Encore is by far the best. The only other place I’ve lived here is Arista, and Encore doesn’t have the shoddy construction problems, the sleazy management business practices, or the noise problems Arista has. When I re-​upped my lease, there was a slight problem dealing with the payment system not carrying over my info, but the management worked with me to fix that and waived the late rent fees caused by the problem. Also, when I moved in, the power company screwed up putting my name on the unit and had it in Encore’s name which meant they couldn’t legally give me a key. The manager personally called the power company and didn’t get off the phone until they forced a switch over to my name so they could let me move in. This is the only place in Texarkana I know of that is managed by a legitimate property management company, Greystar. I think they’re based out of Dallas and have lots of luxury apartment complexes in the region.
The only issue I have with the place is that google maps doesn’t know about that little part of Gibson Lane. If you search 6210 Gibson, you get a pin over close to Target and Bed Bath and Beyond. There are plans to extend Gibson Lane, and they built a tiny part just beside Encore. Search 3014 Pleasant Grove Road, it’s right across the street.

I needed an apartment for 6 months when I sold my house. I attempted to call this place 2 different times during their open hours and nobody answered. I left a message both times and still nobody called me back. Thanks to Legacy at Pleasant Grove for a quick and easy move in.
