I don’t know if the same manager is still there now as there was back around mid to late 2009. but the one back then was rude, professional and downright criminally threatening physical violence toward me; asking me «Do you want to take this outside?» What could possibly bring him to threaten bodily harm to a paying customer?
I was annoyed about his insistence that he could watch what he wanted on the CUSTOMER LOUNGE TV when I was buying a complete set of tires with road hazard. He came in and changed the channel back to what it was set to (some stupid football game) prior to me changing it to what I wanted. When I got up to change it a second time, he became enraged when I told him the TV is for customer use, not his own personal use.
Yes, you read that right. He acted like a 6 year old who wasn’t getting his way. He threatened to beat up a customer who was buying $ 500 in tires because I was trying to keep him from watching something on TV. Never mind the fact it meant for the people paying his salary, by buying their horrible, now-​a-​days mostly China made tires. The set of tires I bought barely lasted 15k before they were worn out. The car ended up getting wrecked before I could replace that horrible set of Cooper tires.
Also, beware… a lot of Cooper tires are NOT MADE IN USA!
The inexplicably mismatched size Cooper tires on a used car I recently bought were MADE IN CHINA!
