History
Established in 2013.
This idea was 12 years in the making. We wanted to offer a place where everyone could get a great workout as well as getting pampered under one roof. We also wanted to make sure it was welcoming and inviting. A place where you felt sooo comfortable it was just as if you never left your house or stopped by a friend’s house to get together and work out.
