I have had nothing but great experiences with them! They are all great guys and they are very fair with pricing. They fixed my car and instead of ordering parts they could have because they were bent, they fixed the parts I had themselves and saved me a lot. I will not go to another auto body again. Need someone you can trust with your car? These are the guys!

first went to this business to get my car repaired because I had just gotten in an accident and the place I would usually go was booked for months. They were nice and took my car right in. It took them about a week and everything looked alright. A week or so later my headlight that was replaced was letting water in… so I brought it back and they supposedly «Changed it». A week or so later a again the same thing happened. I brought it back AGAIN, and they said they changed the headlight. So two weeks go by and of course again… my headlight is leaking water. Not just a little water. gallons!!! I brought it back one last time and told them I need a new light, because mine is leaking water and I need it by the next day. I get a call at 7:00pm the next day telling me they weren’t able to get the headlight until the next morning because mazda was the only one who sold it… he would have known that the first three times if he had actually changed the light and not just drained the water! So I’ve had this light for about a month and everything seems to be fine with the headlight. But today i’m washing my car and I noticed my whole paint job shit. It is chipping EVERYWHERE. I SUGGEST TO ANYONE THAT IuS EBE THINKING ABOUT GOING THERE… DON’T. You will never stop having problems with your car.

I had an absolutely brutal experience with these guys. They were on the approved repair shop list my wife’s insurance company provided, and they were not a long wait for what seemed like minor repairs. I brought the assessed car by and they estimated four days. This was good, since we didn’t have rental insurance /​replacement vehicle.
Patriot did the bait and switch and left us screwed. They found TONS of work that didn’t show up at the outset. Four days changed to FOUR WEEKS, and they gave me absolutely zero notice. If I didn’t call them regularly for updates, I’m convinced my car would still be there.
It seems the repairs were satisfactory, but customer service was absolutely horrific. I will never under any circumstances go back here, and recommend you avoid them as well.
