Dunkin’ Donuts

If I could give this store –5 stars, I would. Horrible experience going through the drive thru with an extremely rude person operating it. Drove up, was greeted with «JUST A MINUTE!» bellowed into the speaker, I waiting SEVEN minutes and finally said «Hello??» Now, keep in mind this is a drive thru and there is a lot of noise between the car running and everyone in the car talking, I didn’t scream «HELLO!» in a rude way I was just trying to figure out if they forgot we were out there. I was rudely spoken to a SECOND time with the response «JUST A MINUTE, …jesus!» Now I have had enough of this treatment and asked if they really just yelled again and did they really say Jesus and think I didn’t hear it? No answer… crickets… I drove out of the line, parked my car, very calmly walked inside ordered my iced coffee from one of the FIVE people in there who couldn’t seem to move the drive thru line but were all standing around! I paid for my coffee, thanked them and asked politely who was operating the drive thru, I look at all five of the faces and one of them is looking at me defiantly. I asked, «was it you?» and she said «YES», I said, «is there a reason you just swore at me for saying Hello into the speaker?» She proceeds to argue very loudly with me and say «SO YOU CAN SAY WHATEVER YOU WANT TO ME BUT I CAN’T SAY ANYTHING TO YOU?!» I replied that I didn’t yell at or disrespect her in anyway and she swore at me and I did not appreciate it. She replies «I DIDN“T SWEAR AT AT YOU, I SAID JESUS!» I replied, «THAT IS A SWEAR UNLESS OF COURSE YOU ARE PRAYING, which you are not!» I then said, «I’m not going to argue with you, I’d like to see the manager». Another defiant character shows up behind me and says «excuse me?», I turned and asked if she was the manager, she didn’t answer me just stared at me so I said, if you are the manager, I have just been yelled at and sworn at in the drive thru by that girl and I came in here to let you know that that is NOT acceptable behavior for someone serving the public! The «manager’??? then stops looking at me and looks at the offending girl and says «KEISHA». Nothing more, nothing less, said nothing to me to apologize for her unprofessional and offensive behavior. I turned to the manager and told her she needs a management training course. Will NEVER return to this location which is in a gas station and have NEVER had a problem in any of the true dunkin donuts branches, have repeatedly had a problem with the staff in this location. VERY rude and unprofessional. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

The only Ice Coffee spot around, and was a real savior all weekend!

By now we have all forgotten the details.

It would help if they told you what the total cost was before you drove up to the window.
