Unique II Limousine picked my family up from the airport last week and to say the least the customer service was exceptional, the cars are all brand new 2014 MKT Luxury Sedans, Suburban SUV’s, Mercedes Sprinters, MKT Stretch Limousines, and more! We were more than please with the professional chauffeur they sent us and the vehicle equipped with up to date reading material, cold waters etc. We travel about twice a year and will be definitely calling Unique II Limousine when we travel again! Thank you for making such a memorable experience for my family and children!

Thank you Unique limo for coming thru on NYE in NYC at the very last minute with 2 twelve passenger Benz buses for our entire group. Your guys were on time, courteous, and the bus was very well maintained.
I truly appreciated how easy it was to work with you. Both drop off and pick up was headache free. And your team calling to see about a charm from a bracelet left behind, as tiny as it was, truly speaks to your professionalism. Will definitely use you guys again.

I called this service to pick up my family from the airport and bring them to my house. Their flight from Atlanta was delayed so they were getting in after midnight. I paid the late night surcharge and told the service that their flight still wasn’t on the board in the airport in Atlanta, so they needed to check the flight status before pickup.
The person that picked my family up started giving them a hard time via text message before they were off the plane, indicating that he had been at the airport for three hours! When they finally met up in the airport, he seemed unstable, sharing that his daughter was in the hospital. If it wasn’t the middle of the night, my aunt said she would have called me to send another service. She said the whole ride was awkward. I don’t blame the driver, except for agreeing to the pickup during a difficult personal time.
I did call to tell the service what had happened, since when it was time for their return pickup, I didn’t want them to send the same driver. They said they were surprised about the particular driver but offered no apologies.
