DISHONEST AND UNRESPONSIVE. I used this company for my wedding. First let me say i looked at a ton of limo companies for my wedding for quotes. I specifically wanted the hummer with the jet doors and this was the only company i found that had it and said they had it available on my wedding day. i was also concerned on a negative review i had seen on another site and Pete assured me they were under new management and i would get only quality service. I paid considerably more compared to many other limo quotes for hummers because i wanted the JET DOORS. The price diff between a regular hummer and the jet doors was almost $ 400 and this was something i really wanted so i was willing to pay for it. Pete assured that it was available and that is what i was getting. i even called them 2 days before my wedding to confirm. on my wedding day morning i look outside and it is a REGULAR hummer limo. NO jet doors and it was dirty on the inside. i had a big bridal party and was crushed that i had paid so much extra and did not get what i paid for! As i am entering the limo i asked the driver what happened to the jet door hummer? he shrugs his shoulder and told me to take it up with management and said this is not the first time he has seen this happen. i was sooo upset and disappointed that my WEDDING had a dirty limo at the start. ALSO there was NO champagne, or RED carpet rolled out. after my wedding i emailed them several times over several months and NO REPLY NO REFUND NO APOLOGY. please DO NOT trust this company! i have the emails to prove it!

Beautiful party bus, amazing price, beautiful interior, wonderful driver. He helped me carry things into the party and was super amazing highly recommend

I used this company to plan a birthday for my girlfriend. It was a large event (about 30 people) so there were many choices for transportation.
Jamie worked with me to make me feel like I was his only client. He helped us decide which vehicle would be best for our needs and gave us a competitive price. Jamie demonstrated great attention to detail, attentiveness, and superb customer service skills and passion in making sure his clients are satisfied.
Planning an event like this one is not new to me, as I have planned numerous fraternity formals, parents weekend wine tours, etc. Jamie’s service definitely made the planning process flow smoothly and was always available to field any questions and ensure we had the best time possible in regards to transportation.
The driver was very friendly and even helped with loading and unloading items from the bus when he did not need to.
There were a few hiccups in terms of a wrong turn or missed driveway since we travelled out of state to wine country, and hit some other event traffic, but they made sure we were taken care of.
Even when there was a small issue on the invoice a different colleague in the office answered the phone late at night and immediately fixed the issue to our satisfaction.
This company tries their best to please their customers, and Jamie makes you feel like a VIP with his passion for his customers.

I am using this company for my wedding, and they were absolutely wonderful! I had to change things multiple times for various family members and they were so kind and flexible. I worked with Jamie Ramos who was so polite and very accommodating! I definitely recommend this company =)

I wanted to review this company that I inadvertently found through groupon or should i say they found me, lol. Well it was the wife’s birthday and I didn’t have a clue as to what would I be able to do, to make this day very special for her. So I started off looking for a limo company and a gentlemen name Jamie called me back from the groupon lead. We spoke for a while, he really had some great customer service skills and was very helpful and pleasant. So he made me a deal I couldn’t refuse. When the limo arrived wow! It turned out to be a super stretch hummer for 20 passengers and I have to say it was awesome. Wife was super surprised and we, grand kids and all fit very comfortably and the driver was great very professional and the rest Is history we sailed into NYC for a great evening in style… Definitely I will use them again… Thanks Jamie great job for helping me make my wife’s day a special one…
