I waited over 35 minutes in the drive thru. They seemed understaffed and the ones that were there, weren’t very friendly. In the past when I’ve had a long wait, they will usually comp the order, but here they didn’t even offer to comp us one drink. The woman at the window said ‘sorry for the wait there’s only 4 of us here’, but then continued to stand at the window while we waited for our drinks. I think she should have said ‘Sorry, there are only 4 of us here and only 3 are working’.

This is a great stop while driving on the 20 because it’s right off the freeway and it has a drive thru. Double bonus! A big setback to this is the line for the drive thru. It’s always out almost to the entrance of the parking lot and on my recent visit, we sat about 30mins in that line. Had it not been for the truck behind me, I would’ve left 10 mins into this wait. But the baristas do a good job on making the drinks and despite being so busy, they always are smiling and friendly.

They were out of chestnut praline and caramel brûlée lattes, but I understand that happens this time of the season. I got a peppermint white chocolate mocha and it was good. Not really hot, but I drank it fast so it didn’t matter. The bathroom is why it gets 3 stars. Ewie

I ordered through the app. Came in around 10 min after. I wanted a couple min. Then asked. They hadn’t even gotten the ticket from the machine. Then put it at the end of the line. Only had one person working the drinks but there were 6 people behind the counter.

Pros: This is a shockingly big Starbucks. The interior size is one of the largest Starbucks I’ve seen. The people that work there are friendly. Cons: Dirty! The bathrooms are always trashed and I lifted up my back pack to find 4 grasshoppers. I’ve never seen so many bugs in a Starbucks. Also, many of the plugs do not work so good luck if you need to charge your laptop.

Flys flys flys everywhere… Counter, floors, windows, Restrooms really dirty. Nobody cleaning… Advise: use drive thru(more clean). Good coffee

Horrible company, spend your money elsewhere. Liberal run anti-american business. I would rather drink gas station coffee.

Extremely friendly staff, however I have to give it 2 stars bc its extremely dirty. I travel to East Texas about once a week and stop here for a coffee everytime, and everytime it is the same thing. DIRTY. I finally today decided to mention it to the staff. The barista tells me that they are understaffed. I understand that part and realize it isnt his fault but rather the Store manager. The bathrooms are disgusting. The only reason I have continued to go back is bc its the only one for milea around. I DON’T eat the food bc Im worried about sanitation issues. The manager needs to speak with the company and see about getting some more help.

If I can give this place a ZEROSTAR, I would! The sign says open at 5am and it was 5:05am when I pulled up, the location was not open. I called and was told, you have to wait for a few minutes because we don’t have enough people! Wait… wait a min! I saw four people in the store thru the windows and three people were stocking the fridge and one behind the counter AND you don’t have enough people to open!!! WTF? You should’ve stock your fridge the night before! Lazy bunch of people!!!

Ok. I have been to A LOT of Starbucks in my life, and this one was by far the nastiest one I’ve ever been inside. The tables were dirty, as were the floors. Let me just tell you about the bathrooms… WORST. EVER. There was pee on the floors, no toilet paper, no paper towels and to top it off, the kid in front of us didn’t flush So, so gross. Clean it up, guys. Won’t be stopping there again.

This Starbucks is the last one before reaching Louisiana! I love Starbucks! Ms. Jackie is an awesome person! Very friendly and helpful! Kurt is hilarious! I come here every time I roll into town or passing through! Store is clean! Only one bathroom for male and one for female. The store is large and roomy! Can hang and study if you want. Lots of things to buy! I love how the pastry case looks. It’s different than many other Starbucks! Love the options of sandwiches, boxed lunches and parfaits. The staff is efficient and the back counter is clean. Trash is not overfilled. Wish many Starbucks I travel to keeps up with their trash. I like how the place smells like coffee and not like sour milk. Parking is abundant! Two entrances and both are on hwy 34. So don’t exit from I-20 going east and expect to enter through the oncoming ramp… exit and turn right onto hey 34 and left through the middle lane… almost making a complete U-Turn. Will be back soon!

This Starbucks is usually awesome. The employees are nice and friendly, but I have an issue with service in the morning. It’s waay to slooow! Exception on the days when the faster employees are there. I also have an issue with the iced coffee. I love iced coffee! At times when I order it and ask for sweetener to be added they might say«it comes with the drink» so I get my drink take a sip and guess what??! No sweetener! I refuse to get any other drink at any starbucks since they all taste the same to me just a little change of syrup here and there.

Worst starbucks ever. No paper for receipts out of peppermint flavoring, out of cup sleeves and after a 4 minute wait for drink, my drink was made wrong. Site had one working unit and coffee was really bad. Y husband brought his back and asked for it to b made again and unfortunately it was just as bad. Employees were unconcerned about any issues and gave me the impression I was bothering them deserves no stars

My worst experience EVER at a Starbucks! I sat in the drive thru for 30 min before ordering. Then when I was finally able to order they were out of sea salt. No apologies were made by the server. NYC Starbucks is faster than this place.

No complaints. I’ve never had any issues with the service, the employees are sharp and professional, and unlike many Starbucks stores, they actually have what I order available! I’m happy with the service here and will definitely be back(assuming I ever see the city of Terrell again)…

We frequent this location when we are up to visit my Mom at ‘the farm’ in Wills Point. The reason is that there is NOCOFFEEINWILLSPOINT. In fact, there is not a whole lotta anything in Wills Point, Tx(pop 3.495). Just be aware that if you leave Kaufman County on your way to the Outlet Mall, 1st Monday Tradin days(Canton), or over to Mileola, TX to lick the ‘Salt House’(you don’t really want to know how many people you just licked after, now do you?) with no java, it’s your OWNFAULT. — — — — — — - At Starbucks in Terrell, there are a WHOLELOTTA the following; — great coffee, foods, chocolate milk, iced coffees, lattes, espressos, c’mon people — you know the drill here, — terriffic service(friendly, fun, and quick!), — great store… large, airy, clean, quiet, tranquil, lots of seating, — convenient location(Northwest corner of Hwy. 34 and IH20). I like to go inside, because the folks in here are not as count-tree as you will see at the scrap metal yard, the Quickie Pickie Stop, or the Chicken Shack in this ovely part of Terrell. The fols at Starbuck must be imported from the City, because they are always upbeat, personable, and just plain fun to chat with.
