Nice Technician came out. Given a window of 10 – 12 and he arrived about 5 minutes till 12. Explained his service and options for monthly and yearly contracts but wasn’t pushy about it. A little messy with the treatment but very thorough. He also included a nat trap for free to get rid of some fruit nats we have been dealing with. Also swept the eaves for wasp nests. The receptionist didn’t put our appointment on the books, so we waited for Mr Bug Man during our window and then called to find out he wasn’t coming because we weren’t on the schedule. When we rescheduled (we had already bought a voucher on Unilocal) he was very friendly, but now I don’t even know if he’s around anymore, because we called within 30 days of service and the voicemail said he’s no longer available.

Never, ever work with this company!!! We had ants in the kitchen, they came to our house, treatment didn’t help at all, ants were still there. They refused to come again to fix it. Kelly (not sure what her role is) behaved extremely rude on the phone, saying that there are people that are never pleased and eventually hanged up the phone.

Best bang for your buck, that’s for sure!!!
Will, aka Mister Bug Man… sweetest pest control guy I’ve ever encountered. Seriously. We’d been having issues with fleas (um, thanks landlady for not getting those godforsaken rats/mice taken care of in our attic), and not only was our poor dog miserable, we were, too. We’d tried home remedies, bombs, sprays, powders… to no avail. Finally, after searching on Unilocal,I found Will. Bought the $ 17 gift certificate (for $ 35 worth of services) on here, called, and he was here the next day. Our cost was just around $ 68 total (with the certificate), and well worth it. He also does a follow up about 3 weeks later to retreat the home and the yard.
Yeah, I’d say he is totally worth it. Give him a call. His daughter works for him, it’s a completely family owned business, and she treats you like a human being and NOT a number.
We also got an estimate on the upcoming mice massacre to spring on the landlord, and it was pretty reasonable as well. And I truly do believe him when he says, «I guarantee my work.»
Plus, the dude’s funny. You cannot ask for more.
