I would give this place 0 stars if I could, I bought carpet here and it had a 40 year guarantee. The first year the carpet lost all of its fluff and started to come apart. I called carpet one and told them of this and they sent me on a 2 year run around. First they said I had to have it professionally cleaned, so I did. Spend $ 200 having it cleaned. It made the carpet worse. Finally they tell me that the 40 year guarantee is not a warranty and the warranty is only for
2 years. So I’m stuck with carpet that looks like it’s 100 years old. Do not buy carpet here and if you do make sure you read the fine print.
