Had a wonderful facial with Delma. She was very knowledgable and friendly. I’ve had facials in the past and this is by far the best one. She performed extractions very thoroughly and as painless as possible. I will definitely be returning to her.

Wanted to write an update that I am still going to see Lu each month (btw she only works Tuesday-​Thursday) and I still LOVE it. I had a 2 month hiatus because I got so busy I couldn’t find time to see her and my skin was freaking out over temperature changes and hormones — I went to see her at it’s worst and within 4 days, my skin had visibly cleared (like day and night) and calmed down. Even my husband noticed and has been commenting on it (rare instance in which he recognizes something different haha.) I don’t have experiences with any of their other services or staff members so I can’t speak to any of that — but the receptionist (s) have never been anything but sweet and patient with me and Lu is just a godsend.

Rude. never ever have i had a spa experience that left me more stressed. …Rude…and the most unprofessional manager/​receptionist I have encountered. .at.ANY establishment ever… I’m still speechless.. I’ve gone over every detail of the experience with friends. to make sure they (all are spa aficionados) spread the word… I’ll never have to write another negative Unilocal review again this one broke the mold.

Everyone here is great and very accommodating. Went last week for a facial with Blanca and a massage with Elsa, both amazing! Use quality products. I will be back!

Save your money, groupon or not. this place and its staff especially the“manager” is a joke. Rude, machines that don’t work so they try to upsell you to a more expensive laser… could go on and on. Wish I had read all the negative reviews before I started here. I wouldn’t go back if they gave away their «services» for free.

This is the worst «spa» I have ever been to. Hardly a spa at that. I got suckered in by groupon for laser. Their laser machines are weak so you need way more treatments than offered and the hair is still growing in. Your treatment is so quick, within 3 minutes they are done and miss so much of the area. And it’s over priced compared to other salons. But get this — after you’ve already purchased your groupon, they take you in the room and right before they start your session they tell you the machine you purchased your groupon for doesn’t really work so you actually need to upgrade for $ 100+ more if you want to see results! What a scam! Why have 2 machines? A good one and a bad one that doesn’t work? Maybe they should only be using the good one on their customers!!! And let you buy groupons for the good one, not the one that doesn’t work.
Their customer service is awful alone. The girl at the front desk is so miserable and unpleasant she seems like she really hates her job. And the laser technicians rush you out the door and don’t even cover your whole area that you’re getting lasered. This place is just terrible. If it weren’t for random people buying groupons they wouldn’t have any business.
The staff/​their friends probably write themselves Unilocal reviews n give themselves high ratings. This place cannot be trusted.

After debating for a long time on should I shouldn’t I get some laser hair removal, I finally did. I was looking through groupon one night and stumbled along Deldor spa. After reading some reviews I purchased 6 sessions for $ 249. I made an appointment right away. They were very accommodating with the times. I went in A little scared since it was my first time. Susan was the lady that did the laser treatment. She was great. Answered my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Looking forward to going back.

This place has changed the receptionist now is completely rude and doesn’t look like she knows what she’s doing. The last receptionist asha was sweet and always on top of her game made sure I never had to wait and always was genuinely concerned about giving me good customer service. My facial the lady was too rough and it was over in like 10 min. Long story short overpriced not worth the headache the fountain spa is much better and the some of the treatments are the same price !

I was looking for the perfect spa for my mother’s birthday and luckily I found deldor. I’m not a fan of the chain spas so I wanted to find one that gave her full attention. Everyone there was very helpful as to which spa package I should purchase and very accommodating to scheduling her last minute. My mother said she was walking on clouds, loved Elsa for massage and Michelle for facial. She will be coming back and as will I for the famous Elsa!

Came in a few weeks ago and the receptionist was VERY RUDE and unprofessional. Terrible customers service.

I have had 4 sessions of laser hair removal done at Deldor. I have the same results after the first session, the hair is lighter and takes slower to grow back, but after all of these sessions there should be more improvement. At my last session, the technician missed several large spots of the treated area and would not go back to remove it. I was also informed that 6 sessions would not be enough for me and I would have to buy another 6, even though 3 – 7 sessions should show permanent hair loss. It’s not worth your money.
Don’t go here for laser hair removal, you’re going to get ripped off.

I have tried the place they have in Herald Square with great satisfaction. When visiting a friend in Tenafly she suggested to go for manicure and I thought about trying this location. it’s even better! They literally offer every service I can think about, have great customer service, and a lovely ambiance. I got a mani-​pedi and a waxing with Blanca, who is apparentley famous in the whole area, and can count me now as one of her many fans!

After hearing good things about this place, I decided to spend there a «Spa Day» with my mom on her birthday. What a great decision! Everything rocked. We both got wonderful hot-​stone massages. I got a mini-​facial which was fantastic, and my mom got a sensitive skin facial. She is very picky, yet she loved her aesthetician! That says a lot. We got gel mani’s (terrific!) but didn’t have time to get pedis :0(The pedi room was beautiful and we were jealous of the lucky women sitting in those big massage chairs…
I wish I lived closer, I would be a regular there for sure! Highly recommended!

I found this place on groupon for 6 laser hair removal sessions. I couldn’t find any reviews on the Tenafly location but I decided to try it anyway because it was a GREAT deal. I made my appointment and when the person called to confirm my appointment she had no idea what she was doing. Don’t let that scare you. I got into the salon which was very cute and bigger than it looks and then a young woman named Dianne or Dianna took me to the back. She explained the procedure and for a small section I was done in no time. I was very pleased with my appointment and I am looking forward to the next 5 sessions I am going to have with them!

This is for the facials — I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always nice customer service, high end (but natural) products, reasonable prices and generous with their extractions. I love leaving this place with my fresh face!

I’m very happy with Deldor. I have been getting laser done there and have had no issues at all. Always on time and fast.

Receptionist told me to sit down and wait when I came in, and after half an hour I finally asked her why I was still waiting even though I was on time for my appointment, and she says she can’t find the appointment and that she doesn’t have my forms (the ones I filled out and gave to her before I left last time!) and makes me fill them out again. And after some more waiting, finally get to see the physician performing the laser hair removal. She takes all of 2 minutes and when I look in the mirror I notice that she hasn’t touched any of the areas I went over with her at my consultation the week before. I brought this up and she said «If it bothers you, you can just shave it.» Then what was the point of all this?! She went on to say «If it comes back in fashion you won’t be able to do anything about.» Since when are sideburns in fashion??! She did nothing about all the missed areas and just told me to go make my next appointment at the front desk. Never coming back again!
