They are a horrible business, I don’t think they understand the word contract, apparently contract means nothing to them because they change their mind if they can make an extra dollar. They left a voice mail saying they would not be honoring their contract because someone wanted to rent the RV a longer period of time.

We had a contract to rent an RV a month ahead of the event. A week in a half before the event they told us that they were not going to rent the rv to us because they had someone going to rent the RV for a longer period of time. They disregarded the agreement for someone who wanted to rent for a longer time. Needless to say this business is horrible and what kind of business disregards a contract and agreement. They are liars and cheats. Go somewhere else

This is an update to my review. Craig did not do the right thing, he has kept my money. I have had communication since the first review and he stands by his opinion. To keep the record the straight, I booked a trailer for late July. This trailer was a new trailer he was going to order in May. I cancelled my reservation before he ordered the trailer. So he has never returned the remainder of my reservation fee. This was never about the money, it was about the principle.

We haven’t even used our rental yet and after just our booking and communication over the last few months I’m delighted with Craig and his company. I have never camped in anything but a tent and he has fielded countless email questions with patience and courtesy. Can’t wait for our trip!
