History

Established in 2014.

The Rosebud Eatery and Country Store opened June 3, 2014. Chef Ellen Romans has always dreamed of owning a place where she could prepare meals and desserts for people. She graduated from culinary school and had a catering business. She’s also well-known for her homemade jams, jellies, preserves, dip mixes, soup mixes and dessert mixes she sold at many Farmer’s Markets over the years. After retiring from her lengthy career as a cardiac nurse, she now owns her own business along with her long-time friend Beth Stokes who worked for the government for many years. Beth has always wanted to have a gift shop and enjoys serving people. Ellen and Beth, along with their friendly waitresses Nancy Hernandez and Hannah Montgomery, make a great team and enjoy their customers immensely.
