Well here is my rant for spherion… Horrible! First they set me up with solix which their management was the worst lost in the limboo and training wise was okay but not sufficient when they put you on the floor with out no training on how to use the phones after 3 days of training! They expect you to do 100% just after 3 days of training… they decided to terminate me because one of my qa was 40%which to me was poor excuse to let me go… I did everything i was supposed to do and they even complemented me with my customer services skills… And improvements on the qa soon after a refresh After being there on the floor… They hire a lot of people and once they have over hired a lot of people they decide who they wanna fire before their 90 days. So don’t go there… I do not recommend this place.
