History

Established in 1979.

Upon registration in 1979, Mr. Carroll moved to his hometown, Temple, and started the current business known as Ronald Carroll Surveyors, Inc. RCS has developed from being a Land Boundary surveying company, with clients which started with realtors, lawyers, banks, financial institutions, mortgage lenders, etc., needing this type of survey, and has grown into providing design surveys for Engineers, Architects, Real Estate Developers, Soil Conservationists, FEMA elevation certificates, construction layout for contractors, including commercial, residential, heavy highway, and long transmission routes.

Business Owner

Ronald Carroll is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor licensed by the State of Texas Board of Professional Land Surveyors (#2025), and the State of Oklahoma Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors (#1747). He is the founder and President of RCS. Mr. Carroll began his career in Land Surveying and Civil Engineering at Texas State Technical College in Waco. Mr. Carroll graduated with an AAS degree in Surveying and Engineering Technology in December 1971. After his degree, he was employed at Carter and Burgess Engineers in Fort Worth, TX as a Land Surveying Crew Leader.
