Pete has always helped me out with my couches. I have microsuede couches and a dog so they do tend to get dirty from time to time. I call Pete and usually he is at my house the very next day. He does great work and is cheaper than anyone around here. I recommend him over everyone in this area!

I contacted Pete at American Carpet on a Tuesday to set up a cleaning. We agreed on Thursday afternoon at 1pm. Between 11am and 12am I received a message saying one of his trucks was broken down and could we reschedule either 7am or 5pm on Friday. This put me in a time crunch because I was returning to DFW Friday afternoon. I called back and talked to Pete again accepting 7am and emphasizing that this must happen as scheduled! At 8:15 i called and left a voice mail asking what was going on. At 9:00 PM I left a rather strong voice mail. I madly called several other cleaners and explained my problem. Bell County Carpet Cleaners (Strongly Recommended) stepped up and did a fantastic professional job. I NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN CALL FROM Pete at American Carpet and Tile.

I called American Carpet and Tile to steam clean the floors of the duplex that I am moving out of. The owner was friendly and sent someone out promptly same day. They are affordable, I got 4 rooms and 1 hallway done for $ 79 whereas with Stanley Steemers I was quoted slightly less than $ 200 subject to change depending on room size. The man who did the job also did the closets even though that is typically an extra charge with other places. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for fast, affordable and friendly service.
