Juste Franck, MD

I absolutely HATE doctors. I really only make appointments if I feel it is something necessary and usually if it is necessary, I feel I should be seen as soon as possible. I called Dr. Juste’s office today after several years since my last appointment. Last time, they gave me some line about how they were so busy, I wouldn’t be able to be seen for at least two weeks. After arguing with the receptionist about the purpose of a doctor if you can’t been seen relatively quickly, she sqeezed me in at lunch time. Today, same line. This time, the doctor is out and I can’t be seen for 2 ½ weeks. He has no doctors that cover him while he’s gone. I’ll be looking for another primary doctor. I don’t recommend Dr. Juste. He apparently has toon many patients already.

Dr. Juste is one of those Doctors straight from old day TV! they usually don’t exist. I came across him because my mom needed someone who spoke spanish — he speaks several languages. I started going to him and understood why my mom was so fond of him and respected anything he had to say. He is a caring Dr., who will explain to you all your questions — he has pulled out books for me, drawn pictures for me — the whole nine yards. He spends time with you, he will remember details about YOU — he has called me at home to see how I am feeling for follow up. He knows his stuff, and I also like that if you need to go to a specialist, he’ll refer you. He has never rushed me out and is very thorough.
