The best chiropractor I’ve ever been to! Hands down. Bill is extremely knowledgeable and answer every single question you have with full detail.

I’ve been to many chiropractors and been to many places but this place was by far the best I’ve been. The one star review is NOT accurate at all. Dr. Bill Chao is the only person there and thats his practice. There isnt a lady message person there of some sort so whoever Roselynde B. is that is NOT accurate and has nothing to do with Dr. Chao.
I came in because I had back and neck pains from studying and being a college athlete in basketball. I have a lot of back pains and neck pains from the years of practice. I also have plantar fasciitis which been bothering me the last week.
Dr. Chao gave me a thorough back and neck alignment and really educated me on how I got the injury and what i can do to prevent it. It feels so great to be educated by your doctor so you know personally how you can treat/​manage/​prevent this type of injury. He also talked about my overall health and how I could improve on my diet, exercise, and training.
Dr. Chao was and still is an excellent basketball player so he is an athlete himself. Best to hear it coming from someone with many years of experience. He is a great family father also, always talking about his kids. Makes me feel right at home going there for treatment.
I highly recommend this place to people out there who need an adjustment. Your not only seeing a great doctor but you seeing a great person who really cares about you and what he is doing for you. His mentality is that I want «YOU» to feel better and he will do everything he can in his power to treat you so you do!
I got stem treatment on my plantar fasccitis and will be going back for more treatments to help the healing process.
Dr. Chao is a very knowledgeable person and its great to be able to trust you doctor and know he truly cares about you. I’ve been to so many doctors that just want you for your money but you are really going to get the 5 star treatment and care here from a genuine doctor (Dr. Bill Chao).
His practice is easy to find, in a nice big building. Plenty of parking and really easy to go in and out of. His office is on the first floor.
Roselynde B. 1 star review is NOT Accurate and I am going to report that to Unilocal to remove it because it has nothing to do with Dr. Chao’s chiropractic practice.

So, the bf and I got recommended to come here. All I gotta say is we walked away a happy camper!
Dr. Chau was very friendly and takes his time. He explains everything to you which is awesome! I’ve been to a few chiropractors in my time and he is by far the best. I’ve never had a chiropractor who questioned in detail where my discomfort is versus me filling out a document and checking boxes. He actually tries to engage you in conversation and gets to know you on an individual level.
Dr. Chau actually grew up in the area as he told me that he remembers coming to the batting cages as a kid. His office used to be located in Rowland Heights. Which means he’s been in the business for quite some time.
I did not see a masseuse so there were no need to undress like Roselynde. I did walk by the masseuse who was massaging another patient. the door was wide open and the patient was fully clothed. Décor was very simple and had the basics. Small number of staff working.

I went here after buying a Groupon for a cheap massage. I had past injury due to an accident, and let them know this.
The minute I walked in the door, I should have known. The receptionist was playing music normally reserved for KIIS FM. I told myself it was a minor gripe, and I very badly needed a massage, so I let it go.
Then, in the room:
I was told to remove my clothes and get on the table. Normal.
Not Normal was the fact that there was NO COVERING. I was buck ass naked, face down on one of those tissue paper things they use at the doctors.
My masseuse comes in and drapes a very small towel over me. I’m a very normal sized person (5’6, 135 lbs), and this towel covered from about mid thigh to my shoulders and nothing else.
The massage begins. It is all thumbs, the way a horny 12 year old would do it in an attempt to get the girl he likes to relax. It was awful. I told myself I was just tense and a bad massage is better than no massage. Oh, how wrong I was.
The walls only went about 2/​3s of the way to the ceiling, so I could hear everything in the office. The receptionist receiving text messages, the door jangling every time someone came in or out. It was insufferable.
My awful massage continued: poor Katie, no one ever taught her the difference between muscle, tendon, and bone. I asked her «a little lighter, please» and «that tickles» (when she tried massaging the backs of my knees) and shifting uncomfortably when she decided to work on my ankle bone. All of this was ignored. She literally bruised my right outer thigh and hip, and I could not sit or walk without pain for two days afterwards.
I want to clarify– I have had wonderful deep tissue massages before that have left me with a wonderful soreness and an appreciation for my body. This was not that. This was torture.
Eventually, after asking me to turn over and neglecting to adjust the towel so my naughty bits were covered, she CLIMBED UP ON THE TABLE WITH ME. Sat behind me and did the shiatsu karate chop thing, which was the only time I felt even a modicum of relaxation.
When she was massaging my face, I noticed she had a wretched callous on her thumb that rubbed the skin near my ear raw.
I eventually got a refund from Groupon (thank you!!), but this massage was not just Not Good, it literally made my life *a little bit worse*.
