When I went to purchase carpet from Carpet One Cid gave me a lesson in carpets 101. After spending some time talking to Cid I picked out carpets which turned out to be the perfect match for my new home. I also selected hardwood for the stairs and landing… beautiful. Solid business. Cid and Barbara were great. They sold me some nice gray carpeting for my rental condo at a very reasonable out the door price. They were nice, professional, and their installers were efficient and did a good job. Overall, a very pleasant and smooth experience. I plan to have them do my carpets in other properties in the future.

Carpet One is the place for your flooring need! I just had my 2 flights of stairs, a hall way, and 4 bedroom carpeted last week, and I’m very happy with the service provided by CarpetOne — Temple City. Cid was able to find the best quality, best looking carpet within my budget. He is friendly, patience, and knowledgeable of his «carpet business», and most of all, his pricing is the lowest in town!!! (I did shop around and compared!)
Service was outstanding! I have to praise the installers, Eddie and Sergio are kind, clean, and they do their work with pride. They moved all beds, bookshelves, desks, etc., vacuum the floor and move them back right after each room are done, very neat and orderly! The whole process took 2 and half a day, which longer than I expected, but i DID NOT MIND at all, since I know they took the time to perfect the work. My carpet has flower design on it, I thought the pattern might be overlapped at some areas, but it actually run smoothly that I could not find the seams/​cut!!.
Last but not least, I only have very little amount of carpet left over. It shows the measurement was precisely done!

Cid was kind enough to provide an estimate for my husband and I last week. By this week, we had gorgeous, new carpet in our whole condo! We are so excited… It looks like have a new house. Everyone we worked with at Carpet One (from Cid to the gentlemen that arrived to do the installation) was kind, thorough, knowledgeable, clean and respectful. Not only that, Cid helped us cut our quote in half. They, by far, beat out all the competitors.

I recently had Carpet One install carpets for me on 2 flights of stairs for a listing that I had. I had also used them before for my parents house. They were able to find me good quality carpets at a great price. If you go to Carpet One, talk to Cid. He is friendly and knowledgeable and always came through for me. They were also very accomodating with the scheduling. I had to reschedule twice due to remodeling delays. The installers were awesome, we had to start late in the day, but they never complained and finished the job on schedule for me to sell. Also, Cid called me the day after installation to make sure everything was fine. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Great company to do business with. I have done business with them in the past and this time the service was outstanding. We picked a carpet with a design and unfortunately once installed we change our mind. Cid said no problem we will change it and make you happy! Well we are very happy with our new carpet.

I’ve been driving past this place for nine years and I’ve never even thought of popping by. I mean, I generally needed tile and this is a carpet store, right? Well, one day my best friend and I were doing research for our remodel and she asked if I’ve ever gone to Carpet One. Um, nope. «But I think they have vinyl tile and other stuff too.» Okay, worth a try and since it’s so close to home, why not?
The building is tucked away off of Lower Azusa and somewhat easy to miss. But once there, you can see that they have a great selection of not just carpet, but porcelain tile, vinyl tile, wood floor, laminate, ceramic tile, and even countertops and cabinets!
Cid was the gentleman who helped us and not only did he answer our questions, but he educated us on the many different types of flooring, how they are made, and what we should be looking for. We were not pressured the least bit and even though I ended up buying my tile from another establishment, I knew that this was somewhere I would turn back to. :o)

I will certainly recommend Cid as a person who knows his floor covering business. He came to our home, brought samples and gave us an estimate as well as advise on appropriate look and installation. He cheerfully answered follow-​up questions several weeks later even though our own contractor did the work. This is wonderful service above and beyond.

This is a hidden gem for carpet needs. I found them through my contractor who uses them for all the houses he builds. Cid helped us when we went in and was very helpful and knowledgable about flooring. I am a slow shopper and he was very patient and not pushy at all. Cid really listened to what we were looking for and came up with suggestions for us and let us borrow samples to take home.
After I picked out my carpet and they gave me a great price, Cid and Barbara (the owner) continued their 5 star service. I had some special requests with existing carpet removal (and I wanted it done quickly) — they were able to work this out on their calendar and got me what I wanted for a fee, which I was very happy about.
I ended up being a difficult customer given renovation delays, by pushing Cid to get me the carpet as soon as possible, but then rescheduling installation several times, but Cid and Barbara kept their cool and were always really nice and accomodating.
The carpet was installed beautifully and Barbara called me to see how I liked everything. Their follow-​up was icing on the cake as it made me feel taken care of even after the transaction.
I would highly recommend them!

Update: As I now recall, their sales team I need to mention is calm and not pushy (the type I like). Cid took his time to explain the type of flooring are available to you. You name the price and he get you the various samples that will suit your needs. Their knowledge of different types of flooring and their knowledge of their competitors give them a strong edge. I’m happy I found them. =)
