Got locked out of house at around 8pm. Called Isaac of All Access Locksmith and he made it to my place within 30 mins. I thought he charged me a fair price considering it was already late. Isaac was courteous and professional and I was able to get back in the house within 15 mins. Will definitely recommend Isaac

This is exactly what you need if you are in an emergency.
I locked myself out of my apartment yesterday about an hour before I had a dinner appointment. Unilocal guided me to All Access Locksmith. I spoke to Isaac and explained the situation, he said he would be on site within 30 minutes.
Surely enough, by the 25th minute, Isaac shows up with a friendly smile on his face.
He literally unlocked my outside door in under 30 seconds. Now unfortunately, I did have another door that I needed unlocked in order to get inside my apartment, and Isaac negotiated the price of an additional $ 20 for the 2nd door. Understandable. This one took about 2 minutes to get open. I go inside and there are my keys, sitting on the coffee table, glaring at me and calling me idiot. SHUT UP KEYS! I KNOW!

I was a dumbass one weekend and left my car & house keys at my friend’s house in Santa Barbara. I didn’t realize my mistake until I got back to my place.
Desperate to get some shut-​eye before class, I called All Access Locksmith and informed them of my predicament. There was a representative at my house within 40 minutes, in a clearly marked commercial van.
60 seconds later + $ 50 bucks later, I was let back into my house. Great experience overall with this company, hopefully I never have to use them again!!!

I lost garage door’s remote. Than call some locksmith. All Access locksmith is the onlyone can get to your home in the evening and fix the garage door’s lock. The price is almost same to the others.

I never used this locksmith but this review is just for the locksmith’s professionalism over the phone.
I needed a locksmith for my business to replace/​install a new lock. I had messed up the lock trying to replace it myself. I called this locksmith to set up an appointment. He gave me a reasonable quote and more importantly, he was able to come out to help me on short notice (within 2 hours). I canceled before he arrived because I was able to figure out the problem. The locksmith was understanding and didn’t give me a hard time for canceling last minute. I didn’t use this locksmith’s services this time but will in the future.

My name is Wendy, I called around and he had the lowest price in town to make an car key for my 2003 Toyota Corolla. After a brief conversation, we exchanged some info and he arrive on time for the service. he had the key made. He is really professional locksmith with very good attitude, The key worked perfectly. The service was quick and smooth. This is the best service i ever have around the area, strongly recommended!!!
I don‘t understand those people who bad mouth about this locksmith, just give him a call and find out yourself.

This place is great. I called around to get a quote for changing three locks and this was by far the best deal. I have three bedrooms and no key. He fixed all three for $ 60. Was done in 20 minutes. He came on time and was very pleasant. I would refer him to my clients who move into new houses and need to get their places rekeyed.

Wonderful!
Waited all day for a locksmith that had said they were coming– 4 calls with «I’m a little behind schedule but I’m on my way now» but that guy never showed.
Called this locksmith the next day– he was friendly, called to confirm address as he was arriving & was at the house in about 30 minutes. He had the problem fixed in a matter of minutes & his customer service skills couldn’t have been better. We are already referring the neighbor to him.

Completely unprofessional service and mannerism! I asked him if they can possibly come out sooner since I have somewhere I have to be right away and he had such a short temper that it made an already stressful situation even worse! My advice… if you want customers to flock to you, treat them with better respect and have empathy for someone who’s in this kind of situation. No one wants to be treated poorly when they’re paying this expensive service up front in cash. Get some better bedside manners! No thanks to them, I found better business elsewhere. Boo yah!

Though the hours here say 8 – 5, I was desperate to find a locksmith nearby as I was locked out of my house. So I gave it a shot and called around almost 6pm. Luckily Issac answered and quoted me a price and said he was able to come within 30 minutes. He showed up 15 minutes later (his office was less than 2 miles away after all). All in all he just had to pick the lock and it took less than 5 minutes to open the door up. I gotto invest in some extra spare keys or learn how to pick locks. Issac was really nice, professional and made it look very easy. No hidden charges either — I paid the quoted price and thought I got a good deal considering I what I was reading on other locksmith Unilocal reviews and under what I was expecting. Also I recently saw this expose on ABC about locksmiths scamming people by drilling and destroying locks unnecessarily and preying on people’s desperation by charging 3 – 5 times what the quoted price on the phone was. Later I found out a legit company also has to display their name on the car and on their person and I should’ve asked for ID with their license number on it first, to check it out I suppose. Hopefully I won’t need locksmith services again, but I would call this legit business again for all my locksmith needs.

I called All Access Saturday, November 24th (Also thanksgiving weekend) to come down and re-​key the locks on my place of business. We got in contact early in the day and made an appointment for 5pm.
Isaac is a stand up guy and does quality work. He gave me a call to let me know when he was headed down and he even showed up 10 minutes early.
The work was done for a very reasonable price and he even through in a few keys for FREE!

I called them at 9:30 am. The person promised to arrived within 30 minutes. An Hour latter, I had to call back at 10:35am before he finally showed up. The guy proceeded to go upstairs of my house in his shoes, stepping on carpet that was just washed last week. When I asked him to remove his shoes, he gave me a crap excuse that boils down to «no, because I have a cold /​allergy». When I proceeded to ask him what does a cold got to do with shoes, he just left, and said he can’t work like this. Said something about I can’t yell at him like that…
He will never ever get another phone call from me. Nor my friends.
