Stacy Ann’s Scissor Hands

Stacy is not only one of my most favorite people in this world, but is seriously the most AMAZING hair stylist/​hair transformer there is.
She has been doing my hair over the past 5 years, and I’m sorry to my hair for not finding her sooner! Stacy is not only extremely creative and knowledgeable, I follow all of her recommendations for my hair concerns, her work shows her true passion.
I have extensions in my hair, and have had them for years and years. I’ve had multiple different types of extensions installed by multiple stylists over the years, and until Stacy started doing mine, I never realized how important it is not to just trust anyone with your hair.
The complications I experienced before I found Stacy, I never knew were real complications until I had someone who specializes in hair extensions WHAT A DIFFERENCE! People say extensions ruin your hair, I fully believe now that it’s bad stylists who ruin your hair. I continue to get my keratin infused extensions done every 4 months or so by Stacy and the integrity of my natural hair hasn’t been affected at all. I have a lot of hair, but it’s extremely fine and the installation done the right way for your hair type has everything to do with potential damaging effects. My hair doesn’t break off, or get into a matted tangled mess, where other places have told me to just pull the hair apart, to hear that «Velcro» noise, yeah, that’s just you breaking all of your hair.
I get compliments for my hair on the daily, and when people find out i have extensions, they’re blown away at how natural it looks and would never been able to tell. Yeah, I know. Thanks Stacy for giving me beautiful mermaid hair!

Stacy is amazing. First of all she takes time to consult with me each and every appointment so that she has a perfect understanding of what from every appointment. She gives helpful advice as to what will look best on me. Stacy makes sure that every hair on my head is saturated fully with each color we chose. My color always comes out vibrant and shiny. She does the best blow dry styles. They last for days! I can honestly say that Stacy has always gone above and beyond for me. Her color and styles always far exceed my expectations.

Came here after many bad experiences at other salons. Saw that there was great reviews and I liked a lot of the pictures on the Unilocal account so I decided to give it a go. I absolutely love my hair and received so many compliments! Stacy really listened and paid attention to what I wanted. My hair came out perfect, exactly how I wanted and I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely be coming here regularly!

Stacy Ann is a miracle working hair goddess! Every time she has done my extensions, I can’t stop staring at myself in the mirror for days on end. Which is totally awesome, but I do lose a little productivity ;). She’s a perfectionist and puts every effort to ensure that you are loving your new ‘do. I had a really bad experience with extensions the first time I got them at another salon, which made me hesitant. Stacy was straightforward regarding the process and she encouraged me to give it a second chance. Under her care, getting extensions was super easy and painless — her sections were perfectly straight and all the same size. And the extensions looked fantastic even past when it was time to get new ones. On top of all that, I’ve never had a stylist who has so thoroughly educated me on hair care and how to maintain and maximize my current look. She has helped my hair become the strongest and best cared for that it has ever been. Most importantly, she has such a passion for what she does — and it truly shows. I highly recommend her — you will love her!

Stacy is AMAZING! She works some follicle magic, and just gets how my hair grows. My biggest regret in moving out of state is that I had to find someone else to cut my hair… so far nobody compares :(

Stacy does hair magic. No matter what you do to your hair is guaranteed to come out shiny and stronger when you leave. Even after an amazing bleach job my hair was shiny, smooth and strong! I will definitely not go anywhere else… oh but don’t expect to just drop in on her she’s in demand and books out way in advance! Thanks for the magic Stacy!

I hate «salon» atmospheres because i’m not a «salon girl» and i often feel intimidated. Stacy is great. She is very easy to talk to, and her salon is more of an independent studio with very few people there which also is good for me because you get all of her attention. She is very knowledgeable and asks a lot of questions. She can be a bit straight forward which is good for me, just be warned. haha. She’s always done a good job and I look forward to having my hair done by her.

Stacy Ann is such an amazing and knowledgable stylist and a total badass with color! I brought in a photo of the Khloe Kardashian ombré and she matched it spot on. She was super informative on what I can expect with lightening hair but she also took a lot of time to listen to exactly what I wanted. End result: stunningly beautiful color and cut (I have already gotten tons of compliments)! I highly recommend her work. Lastly, not only is she a very professional stylist but she is a totally awesome and friendly person as well! Thanks again Stacy!

Stacy Ann is awesome! She has done so much for my hair. From giving my curly hair the cut it needs to look amazing, to taking it from dark brown gradually to blonde to adding a super bright pink. Can’t recommend her enough!!!

Stacy Ann is an amazing colorist and stylist ! I found her through Unilocal and I couldn’t be more pleased. She took me from platinum blonde to red/​purple. She did such an amazing job. She made my mom and I feel extremely comfortable during my appointment. Did I mention that she’s one of the coolest people I’ve ever met. She’s absolutely fantastic and funny. I just moved here from Minnesota and was having a hard time finding a stylist. I came across Stacy Ann and could NOT be more pleased. I am growing my hair out from a bob and she has made styling it during this phase MUCH easier than I could ever imagine. I also have a bit of a natural ombré color and needed a light brown to cover my roots. SHE MATCHED IT PERFECTLY. It is spot on and looks so natural. Not to mention, she has an awesome personality and is super easy to talk to!

I wish I could say what the others say, but while Stacy is clearly good with straight hair (as the photos show, that’s most of her work), she’s not as good with curly hair. She knows a lot about hair cutting but hair does not always follow the rules and hair on different parts of the same head may curly differently or not at all. I went back to get my haircut adjusted and she did more cutting, but my hair still sticks out at the bottom and the slant in the back is much less than I asked for. She seemed rushed and annoyed with my request to re-​cut my hair and when I indicated how I would like it, she argued with me and did what she wanted to do. If you have curly hair, you already know how hard it is to find a good hairdresser. I’d hoped Stacy would be that person, but this did not work out.

Stacy is so talented, it’s amazing. She has been cutting my husband’s hair forever so I decided to give her a try. (He always comes home looking sexy as hell after seeing her.)
I’ve seen her a couple times and I always leave happy. She listens to what you want and executes it perfectly! Not to mention, she is freaking hilarious and will make you wish she was your best friend.
Last month I decided to do something crazy and wanted this red/​pink ombré. It turned out SO BEAUTIFUL! The color was perfect and somehow I left with my hair feeling way healthier than when I came in. She used olaplex and elumen and it’s soooo soft.
Oh and make sure you book in advance! She is crazy busy.

I’ve been gong to Stacy for years — even while living out of state. I book an appointment with her as soon as I know I’m going to come into town. She took me from very very short to long and luscious without any awkward grow out phase. She has fixed my botched cuts from others (and from myself :/​) and always given me beautiful color.

Shes amazing. Great color and cuts and she guarantees her work — that means come back and get it fixed if it doesn’t look perfectly stunning (unlikely). I finally have a rock solid stylist and I don’t have to fear salon walk-​ins anymore.

Stacy Ann has mad skills! Absolutely the most vibrant, long-​lasting colors for those who want the BOOM factor.
My hair doesn’t hold color well and i didn’t care so much when i was only doing «natural» colors like brown or strawberry blonde. When i wanted really really vibrant and intense colors, like pink or orange, however, i wanted color that would really HOLD and LAST. I just don’t dig that drab, faded out pink-​magenta i see around too often.
So, Stacy Ann pulled out the big guns and used Goldwell Elumen on my locks and i’ve lived happily every since! Seriously, i can go 4 months without a touch-​up and still have vibrant color. (Not that i *like* to go 4 months, but sometimes that’s just the way it goes /broke@ssbroke)
Stacy Ann asks a lot of questions so that she’s very sure she understands what you want. If you don’t know exactly what you want, she will help you unravel the mystery.

I have been going to Stacy for years and I have never had a better hair experience! She listens to what you want and provides really helpful feedback to ensure you understand what you are asking for and what the results will look like. Not only does she make you feel 100% comfortable, she also does an amazing job!
I get my hair done every 6 – 8 weeks and I seriously get compliments even on the day I am about to go in and get it redone! She knows just how to cut it so that even when it is growing out, it still looks like you just got a brand new haircut.
Stacy has taken me from red, to blondish, back to my natural color with highlights in between. One time, I made a horrible mistake and requested something that I ended up not loving. This was ALL my fault, Stacy did exactly what we discussed — I just didn’t love it. She happily fixed it on the spot, even thought it was my mistake and not her mess up. She is that good — instead of leaving in tears or going home and secretly hating it, she made me comfortable enough to express my feelings and make sure I left loving my new ‘do.
