An incredibly frustrating customer service experience. Spoke with a young woman named Heaven about trying to change my plan. Unfortunately I didn’t know my pin and she suggested that I call customer service, I asked her, «is it possible to change my pin online?» She said she didn’t know and continues to brush me off about a variety of things. She was so indifferent about everything that I almost asked her why she even comes to work?! The other employees helping the people on both sides of me seemed to be friendly and engaged, but I was not so lucky. When I realized I was wasting my time, and more importantly, wasting her precious time, I asked for her name and left.
I called and asked for the manager and Cole spoke to me. I told him my experience – he briefly said sorry and offered to give me an accessory discount. I suggested he take the opportunity to address his staff, though to be honest, he seemed so indifferent too! It makes it particularly worse when you feel like no one is listening to your experience. The good news is that if you are a sprint user, just go to a different store. If you’re the regional manager, please address the manager and the store.

This is my second Sprint store on 30 minutes that I have gone to. Both places have horrible customer service. Walked in the door and NO acknowledge from the one sells rep they have on the floor. How hard is it to say «hello, I’ll be right with you»? Guess I’ll walk across the way to Verizon.

What amazing customer service and care for my continued patronage is what I would say about your store. Unfortunately (?) I am not able to say that about my experience in when visiting your establishment. I should have listened to my instincts when I walked in your ghost town of a store, I should have just walked out like the wiser ones before me. Yet I decided to give it a shot, after all I wanted to spend money that day, when being nastily greeted by the sales girl at the store I started to have my doubts. I do not know the name of this sales girl but she has a particularly nasty attitude and a very identifying scar on here forehead, which I imagine is the source of her cold, calloused demeanor. When trying to get my 2 year upgrade as promised by you Sprint, I was told I would not be able to pay the $ 50 offered on the website, and would need to pay $ 250 for the upgrade ?? It seemed to me this person cared only of their own wallet as the only gain from this would be sales credit to this scar headed jerk face (see what i did), which is wrong an deceitful, she continued to try to trick me into buying into the flex pay using double talk of not «changing your plan so it will cost the same» so why I ask am I being charged more for the device ?? All in all I spent 20 of the most frustrating minutes in any customer interaction going around in circles only to discover I am the problem as I obviously made the wrong choice in service providers.
What really get’s me angry is I decided to visit the BestBuy not 100 feet away from this very Sprint Store, what’s even weirder about this is they actually listened to me and allowed me to get my upgrade for the price advertised, wow almost sounds like a good buying experience, which I am sure this store has never seen. Trust me when I say I will NEVER go to another Sprint store again, I will also tell all me friends and family to avoid this plague, so be sure to thank Scar faced Johanson when you get a chance.
IF your reading this review DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. You will regret it 100% I promise you. GO TO BESTBUY! DO IT NOW. Don’t subject yourself to the mental stress and agony of dealing with this Store, and these horribly inept «customer service» reps. they are not worth the effort

I hate that most of my reviews are complaints. I’d like to think of them as warnings not complaints. So I’m going to warn you about this store. The sales people lie, and lie. No matter how untrue, unethical the lie may be. As soon as you sign the contract it doesn’t matter. Read the fine print, don’t listen to a word they say. Just today, I went in there to check out the Note 4. A salesmen named Kenny said that Samsung had discontinued all Note 4’s until they worked out factory defects and that’s why they didn’t have any (what??). In May I bought the Samsung galaxy s5 and my Mom an iPhone. First they told me they don’t have two year contracts and they only had the framily plan. Lie! You can still get two year plans online. Then they said my monthly plan would be the same as it was. Lie! I pay almost three hundred dollars a month. All I can say is read the fine print and buy your device/​devices online at the company website. Get the two year plan it’s a much better deal and you won’t have to deal with this place.

I would give this store no stars if I could. Sales representatives do not even acknowledge your existence when you walk in. They are incompetent with the technology and simply direct you to Apple, the customer service number or literally any resource they can to avoid giving any sort of effort.

Great customer service! Very knowledgeable staff. They will explain everything to you and get your phone all set up.
