After attempting to get a call back 3 different times about canceling a policy, I have bailed on this agent. I have been with State Farm for a while and enjoyed them, so I’ve found a new State Farm agent that actually has customer service. While transferring agents, my new agent wanted to give Sharon’s office a chance, so he personally placed a phone call asking her office to speak with me regarding the issue I had. Her office didn’t even return his phone call or give me a call. Very unprofessional insurance office. If her staff could have done their job in the first place, I would’ve been happy, but they’ve failed multiple times at returning phone calls and taking notes.

So my parents finally kicked me off of their policy and I had to start my own. This was a little scary– I’ve never done insurance-​y things before! This office has been PHENOMINAL! They are constantly figuring out ways to get me better deals while maintaining excellent coverage. They have never made me feel stupid or uncomfortable. I really appreciate that! On top of it all, I got a bomb swag bag when I left the first time! Highly recommend!
