Harvey C.

Manager

Walter «Harvey» Clark has over 35 years’ experience in law enforcement and the security industry. He has an extensive and diverse background with senior executive management experience, sales, continuing education, training, threat assessment, business continuity, executive protection, security design, and security consulting. Mr. Clark is a licensed Private Investigator in the State of Arizona and is a certified Taser instructor.

Originally from Connecticut and a former Yavapai County Deputy Sheriff, Mr. Clark started his security career with Dictograph Security Systems in 1980 in Santa Fe, New Mexico. There he obtained several national sales awards. In 1984, Clark returned to Connecticut where he started a Dictograph Franchise, which he operated for 22 years. He is now an Arizona resident and serves as the Vice President/​General Manager of Security World Network, LLC
