Roadrunner Shuttle & Limousine Service

Dana (a male), with the Tempe Road Runner Shuttle service, threw me off when I called to book a shuttle for Sky Harbor because of his impatience. I was calm and in a good mood when I called, so I knew I was not «doing anything». We had been on the phone for less than 60 seconds and if I could not answer his questions immediately, he was frustrated. He asked my flight number and rushed to another question as I paused to look it up. As I paused again to look up other information (only seconds passed), he actually asked me if I could call him back when I had all my information together?! I was so brief in pausing to look up info, that it blew me away. I told him I did not want to call back and that he was surprising me with his impatience. He said, «I’m in a call center.» What does that matter, I’m thinking. Here is the kicker. He put me on hold and I hung up to call back for another agent. After booking smoothly with her, I asked for the supervisor so I could complain about Dana. LOW AND BEHOLD, the supervisor WAS Dana! I got a good laugh because how damn awkward. I told him I was calling to complain about him and his odd, impatient demeanor. His apology was not very convincing. I am still using their service next month, believe it or not. I sure hope Dana isn’t driving the shuttle. He might take off if I am too slow retrieving my bag from the curb!

Called and made an reservation for a very early morning pickup to go to the airport. After they charged my card, they called me 10 minutes before they were to pick me up to inform me the driver declined to get me (What does that even mean?). They had another driver 25 minutes away and we’re sending him. Had they not charged my card, I would have used lyft. The reason I paid 3x what it costs to use lyft was a garuntee that a driver would be here on time. Last time I use this service.

I was told renting a car In Phoenix was a PIA– I booked a shuttle. THESE GUYS ARE FAB! They were on time and helpful. You call them when you are ready with your luggage and they pick you up at the gate. During my stay I broke 3 toes and a few in my foot. I used them again for my return to the airport and service was impeccable! Wouldn’t leave til I was in a wheel chair! Great great service!!! Thank you gentlemen for your kindness, cool stories and the laughs!

Called to have pick up service for relative. Got confirmation letter with time that we requested to get to airport. Great. Told us would call for pick up time the day before trip. They did but pick up time was for 5:45 when we wanted to be at airport by 5:30! This was all done long distance for relative in Tempe so lots of hassle. We tried to change pickup time and they said they would tell driver. Ended up with a pickup at 5:45 and was not at airport at 5:30. I never would have used this company if I had known they would not honor time requested to be at airport. I have never had any problems with any other shuttle company like this one. Beware-​they may assure you when you pay that they will get you there but then switch times on you last minute. You are also dealing with some non local operators that made it even more confusing. Would go with zero stars if I could.

Best service in Phoenix! I’ve tried many services in town and by far Roadrunner was the most reliable, on time service. The vehicle was new, clean, and my driver Andre was very polite with a great personality. I had plenty of time to make it to the airport and I didn’t have to worry about parking or dragging my luggage around. Thank you Roadrunner. I would recommend Roadrunner to anyone traveling in the Phoenix area.
