History
Established in 1994.
I started investing in residential real estate in 1994 when I bought my current home in Mesa and turned my previous house into a rental. I still own that house as a rental today. The cash flow from that house paid for college for my two kids. That inspired me to continue acquiring rental property and to get my real estate license. Real Estate has become a passion of mine and I love to help others with their real estate dealings. I continue to look for great investment deals and help others do the same. I also assist in buying or selling personal residences or second homes.

I spent 30 years in the high tech industry working for Motorola, Intel, and Microchip as an engineer and then a senior level manager. I started investing in real estate while working in that industry and found it both fascinating and rewarding. It is anything but rocket science! So now I have made a new career of it having left the corporate world.
