For over twenty-​five years, the name Top Gun Promotions Inc., and specifically, Auto Care Super Saver cards have stood for excellence in automotive repair discounts. From our roots in door-​to-​door sales, we have sold over 1.2 MILLION discount cards nationwide with millions of dollars in customer savings when using our merchant service provider locations.

When social media and online marketing took flight, the company began to work with deal websites like Livingsocial, Amazon and Groupon to offer their unique deals for Oil Change and Automotive Repair. In the past two years our growth has been explosive with weekly deals nationwide.

In order to meet new customer demand, we began selling our customer discount cards online on our website. We also changed the company name to reflect our new focus: to provide great online savings to our customers for products and services you use on a regular basis.

Founded by Tim Nordahl in his Phoenix, Arizona home in 1988, Tim understood the importance of discounted services that people need to use on a regular basis. He started out small, working door-​to-​door in the early evening each night all over the Greater Phoenix area, after his «day» job was finished. His hard work and a great concept took off and he soon expanded his business to many states with large teams of people working door-​to-​door selling the Super Saver card. Currently, the company has over 1,000 contracts with Auto Repair shops, Dry Cleaners, Car Washes and Auto Glass, Tinting and Detail locations nationwide.

I bought a 3 oil change coupon from them. The auto repair shop will not honor the coupon. Planet super saver is not answering their phone when I call and is not responding to my e-​mails. As far as I am concerned, this is a fraud.

They suck suck suck! I bought an oil change special through them and the shop where the special is run is rude to be nice. I sent them an email with my complaint and they were quick to respond with some other locations that honor the package. However none of them are by so I asked for a refund. Well after several months and 35 email to them I am still waiting fir the so called manager to get back to me. I have called the phone number and no one responds. To be blunt THEY SUCK SUCK SUCK!!!

I purchased a Planet Super Saver voucher through Amazom Local and when I went to use the voucher I was told by the company that the voucher was for that Planet Super Saver is using thier business to scam people to purchase the vouchers.
I had to take a day off work and planed this out for a month to find that this company is a scam and that they are not honest. Looks like I am going to be out my $ 30. Do not purchase any voucher through them. There are reputable organizations and not the scam of Planet Super Saver.

Planet Super Saver is a Total Scam. Stay Away from them at all Costs.
Do not give them any of your money or you will loose it like I did.
I am filing a BBB complaint and will be forwarding my complaint to the California Attorney General Fraud Division as Planet Super Saver has made not attempt to return my emails and phone calls.
I have left voicemail and email messages with the offices of Planet Super Saver and they have not returned any of my messages.
Planet Supersaver sold me a 3 oil change program and I validated it with Certified Car Care on Miramar Road in San Diego and when I tried to make an appointment the owner of Certified Car Care stated they were not honoring any Planet Super Saver vouchers due to non-​payment by Planet Super Saver. The owner of Certified Car Care told me he knows of at least 4 other auto care centers that have stopped taking Planet Super Saver 3 oil change vouchers due to Planet Super Saver not paying the auto care centers for the oil changes.
So Planet Super Saver is pocketing 100% of the money you pay them and not passing it on to the auto care centers to pay for your oil changes. This is classic fraud and the owners of Planet Super Saver should be criminally prosecuted.
Consumer Protection agencies and the State Attorney Generals Office will shut them down sooner or later. Just protect yourself from losing your money to this Scam.

As of this writing, there are 6 extremely negative reviews for Planet Super Saver on Unilocal.If I were to see this as a passerby, there is no way I’d opt to do any sort of business with this company.
However, having used this company for several years due to their oil change deals appearing on
, I can confidently say I’ve actually never had any issues with this company. The process for getting your free oil change cards is not difficult, nor does it reek of scam in any way. It does take a while for your card to arrive, but not an inordinate amount of time.
I’m giving them 4 stars: «Yay! I’m a fan.»
I dealt once with their customer service (yes, it exists contrary to some reviews on here, the rep I worked with was named Kelsey N.) due to card getting lost in mail somehow and they promptly sent off a new card with tracking.
I certainly don’t mean to invalidate what others are saying on here, I just personally have not experienced any actual issues and the oil changes have all worked well for me and have been a fantastic deal.

I wish I could give them no stars. I live in Utah but I bought their punch card with a bunch of car maintenance things on it. It never came. I contacted them over 15 times in a period of 14 months. They would always respond 1 – 2 weeks later, and promise it would come, and it would once again, not arrive. It is now 5 months later and still no card. If you want to throw away your money, buy from Planet Super Saver. Guarantee you’ll regret it.

I purchased 3 oil changes through Planet Super Saver, but the vendor «All in 1 Automotive» went out of business. I have been trying to contact PSS, but these guys do not answer their phone, they have a recording requesting that you leave a message which I did, three times and did not get a call back all day. The next day I contacted livingsocial, where I got their voucher and they got them to call me back, but I missed their call and they left no information I could use except for me to call them back, I did just to reach another recording. I went to their website and found live chat, but it is not alive chat at all, After I enter my message it said they would contact me later. This is way to frustrating and not worth my time.

I purchased a Super Saver voucher for $ 30 for three oil changes with several other services free (tire rotation, A/​C performance test, brake inspection and adjustment, etc.). The first time I called to set up an appointment (Econo Lube at 1730 W Bell Road, Phoenix), I was scheduled in immediately. The second time I called, the first question that they asked was if I had a Super Saver voucher. When I said «yes», they said I had to bring the car in on a weekday (no weekends). When I tried to schedule for during the week (very inconvenient as I work during the hours they are open), they said they only took two vouchers a day and they couldn’t get me in for several weeks. I re-​read the Service Center Guidelines on my voucher and there is nothing about vouchers being good only on week days and that the vendor would take only two vouchers a day. I kept the second appointment and when they wanted to change the serpentine belt on my car, I told them no deal. If it really needs a serpentine belt, I’ll take it somewhere else. I am not going to even bother with trying to use my third oil change that I have already paid for. It is too much of a hassle. I’m done!

I don’t live in Arizona, but I *had* to write a review on Planet Super Saver… and this was the only one I found on Unilocal.
I ordered a 3-​oil change deal on Amazon Local and tried to redeem the voucher over 3 weeks ago. On the website, it states that a punch card would be mailed within 5 business days. Well, as you can tell by my 1-​star review, I haven’t received it yet.
I went on their LiveChat platform and asked about my punch card. I was told they shipped it a few of days ago (wtf) and that I should receive it within a day or two. Well, it’s been 2 days and nothing.
In the meantime, I watch my mileage climb with some anxiety as I wait to get an imminently due oil change.
I bought this deal through Amazon Local, and when I made note of Planet Super Saver’s ridiculous delay, Amazon gave me a refund (even though this delay had nothing to do with them!). Freaking adore Amazon — their customer service is remarkable! So 5-​stars for Amazon Local. A 1-​star punch in the service for Planet Super Saver.
I just bought an oil change deal through Groupon and, with a paranoid eye, scrutinized all the fine print to make sure it was NOT through Planet Super Saver. It wasn’t and the transaction went through immediately. Guess who’s going to get an oil change this weekend? This gal.
Please be careful when buying your oil-​change deals! Make sure it is NOT with Planet Super Saver!

I want to share my experience with this company. I think it’s kind of scam. I bought from Amazon local 3 change oil and 3 tire rotation for 30 $. I fill out form, received portion of spam and wait when they mail me my punch card. After 2 weeks I mailed to customer Service and ask about my card. They replay very quickly and said that they send card for me week ago and really sorry that I not received card and they void original card and send for me replacement card. I wait for another 2 weeks then call again. In this time guy said me that they will send me card registered mail and even give me taking number but after week USPS site said this same «Electronic Shipping Info Received» so I call to Amazon local and explain situation and hopefully will have my money back SO BE AWARE!!!

My Wife Bought a 3 oil change punch card from Living Social and gifted it to me January 19th 2014 and I have yet to receive it from Living Social today is Feb 7th 2014.
What I have received is a bunch of unwanted emails from the Living Social Vendor «Planet Super Saver»
Process: Wife buys Bday gift from Living Social and it is emailed to me… I click on the link it is a punch card for 3 oil changes. I click the link in the email sent to me by Living Social and it sends me to another coupon site «Planet Super» Saver AKA Planet Spam.
Planet Super Saver requires that you fill out name, address, email and phone number in order to receive your gift… I understand needing to verify the person, but phone should be optional and there should also be a box that reads «Would you like to receive notifications from us (Pay Attention Marketing, this is ABC)
One week after I fill out the spam form from Planer Super Saver I still have no punch card for my birthday gift, so I called Living Social… Living Social pulls my info and tells me they see the purchase of the gift and they have my email, but I have to call their vendor «Planet Super Saver»… 30 minutes later I finally get someone on the phone… The rep says she will priority mail the card and take me off any email list
(I have unsubscribed 3 times and still get unwanted emails)
Over a week later still no card and I get an email from living social today asking if my problem was resolved… I answer back no card and no my problem was not resolved, I am then informed they cannot help me because I did not purchase gift??? Seriously!!! So you emailed to see if I got my card and by the way we cannot help you?
Dear Planet Super Saver Fire your Marketing Team, Fire your «Senior» customer service rep and start over… Or I am happy to come in and teach them the ABC of Marketing and Customer Service.
You guys are not only giving yourself a black eye, but also tarnishing the business owners placing ads on your site.
