Established in 2006.

Pinnacle Printing & Design was established in January of 2006 as a result of the coming together of F/​X Printing, Inc. and One Stop Print Shop, two well established and well respected local companies. Pinnacle and its predecessors have been doing business locally for more than 20 years.

I’ve used them a few times. Each time the shipping charges were higher and higher. This time I was charged over $ 775, to ship 28,000 sheets. This is an outrage and I will not be back. I asked to see UPS charges they paid, Jeff responded
«I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed in the shipping costs. We are commercial printers and not shipping experts like you and your husband. Therefore we have access to and use UPS for our shipping. There were something like 23 heavy boxes that shipped out. To my knowledge quantity and weight along with the destination are the determining factors in the cost.
I will not be providing any supporting information from Ups.
Given your shipping expertise, in the future maybe you should handle the shipping.»
Needless to say, I will not be utilizing their services anymore. Thanks.
