This place sucks the people are rude the prices are outrageous I had to order two pair of glasses it took two weeks for them to come in when they finally did come in they never even bother calling me and they told me that the number that they had for me was unable to be reached which is absolutely BS also the eye doctor told me that I should have went to the Nationwide Vision in Tempe Marketplace because they have better equipment this place will never see my business again very very very unprofessional

Dr. Pham is an excellent doctor ! He is super friendly, very smart, helpful and eager to get what’s best for you. The reception staff however lacks customer service and friendliness. They gave me a bunch of «i don’t know» and«probablies» which really worries me because it makes me unsure if I’m getting exactly what I pay for .I would give 5 stars if only the reception staff was decent but the only reason I’ll be back is for Dr.Pham.

Me and my whole family had went here only because it’s close to our home and they took our Insurence. We all had our eye exams my hubby and daughter found glasses they liked as I was skeptical because the quality I opted to go elsewhere. My daughter got her glasses first which the screws fell out two days later after receiving them, they fixed them we moved on. My hubby’s glasses however took very long because they«broke» in the lab. No phone call to let us know until we came back two and a half weeks later they were still not in. We gave them til the end of the week which they promised they will be in by. They were not even shipped out yet. We straight up said ok give us the refund and we will go elsewhere. Ofcourse they couldn’t refund it because the manager wasn’t there. So we waited three more days to get them. Meanwhile I just had my script with a different company and the script was completely wrong! I cant see anything upclose. So I had to make another appointment with these incompetent dweebs. I had a different doctor this time and I pray he knows what he is doing. So I have to wait another 10 days to get them fixed. I took my daughter for her wellness exam after her glasses came in with her pediatrician and they seriously asked me when was the last time she had her eyes checked. So again I need to have my daughters eyes re evaluated. My husband gets his glasses and he swears he sees worse in them then his old glasses. My husband went back after a few hours after getting his glasses and just straight up told them he wants a refund on his glasses and that he will never come back because they managed to screw up all three of our prescriptions. They had the nerve to give him a hard time and refused to refund the eye exam. We will be disputing this with our insurance company and credit card company! Never again will I ever trust or recommend anyone to this place! They seem like a high turn over in doctors. I’ve seen a total of three different doctors working there.

I felt coerced to provide health insurance. I stated I did not want to provide it unless it was necessary. I was told that if I did not provide it ahead of identification of need I would be billed directly and they would not bill my insurance. I think that’s coercion. I came to get an eye exam and provided my eye exam insurance. I ended up leaving felt coerced to provide health insurance. The staff was pushy about it. Never coming back. UPDATE: Dr. Pham actually got my prescription wrong. When I returned they kept asking me(rudely…as others have pointed out their office staff is) why I waited a few months to return to have the prescription looked over(I had put off having new glasses made and didn’t realize Dr. Pham had made a mistake until I had the new glasses on and I couldn’t see properly) and they kept asking questions even when their own prescription says it’s valid for a year from the date eye exam(it had only been a few months). So besides rude staff, Dr. Pham screwed up my prescription. I couldn’t tell you how wrong this office is! It’s terrible. If you read this, save yourself a lot of time and stress and go somewhere else.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and have never been super impressed. The head doctor remembers me everytime I come in but the receptionist and the assistant always lack customer service and come off Kindv’e rude. In addition I show up for my appointment the office is completely dead but I still wait there for about 15 minutes while they all sit there until they decided they were ready for me.

This location is close to where I live so I’ve used them a few times over the years. Today I was fed up with the sales tactics of another eye care center and randomly stopped in here to see if I could get some help figuring out my pupillary distance. I was greeted with friendly service and received my measurement with nothing expected in return. I’ll definitely be coming back when I need my next eye exam.

Fast & friendly service! Got my glasses within 5 days. Employees at this location are much nicer than the one by Fiesta Mall.

For my first visit, there was over a 2 hour wait to see a doctor, with an appointment. The tech they had measure my base curve for contacts got the wrong size, so the contacts didn’t fit right — but all I knew was that they got blurry every once in a while. I went back for a follow up, and the doctor still couldntt figure out why the contacts were not quite right. I ordered 4 boxes of contacts only to finally figure out on my own that the base curve was wrong when looking at my old prescriptions. When I notified the office and tried to exchange the contacts for those with the right size, they said they couldn’t help me. Awful, awful service to go along with what appears to be an incompetent staff. Trust me – save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. Their prices are good, but, as always, you get what you pay for.
