Incredibly unprofessional. Beware of Wally Cahill. He comes off as a friendly guy but will screw you if given the opportunity. Don’t fall for their «mandatory» LoJack scam add-​on for $ 525. Hint: it’s not mandatory no matter what lies he tells you. He got angry claiming they were losing $ 700 on the deal. Another blatant lie. Once the deal was signed, he turned around, red in the face, and walked away without another word. I could go on and on; just proceed with caution if you must. Remember, he’s a car salesman and will say anything to get the deal done.

So after posting my review. I was contacted by Mr. Kelly. He worked with me and offered a courtesy vehicle throughout the process. I can’t thank him enough for all his time and courtesy he showed in taking care of me. He would be the man to see at this dealer. Thank you once again Mr. James Kelly.

What an outstanding service experience!
When things go bad and your Mini breaks and has to be towed I braced for the worse. But I had a great experience with both the Mini roadside assistance and Mini of Tempe.
Josh was very professional, set me up with a great loaner similar to my Mini and kept me informed all through the repair process. I could not of asked for anything better.
I have owned cars from almost every brand and quite honestly Mini does it best hands down. They have a customer for life. Thank you very much.

10 stars for Wally Cahill! Funny, down-​to-​earth, easy-going…made the experience of buying my first MINI fun! Also, Tom in Financing wad excellent: professional, low-​key, no pressure and thorough. Birth have followed up with me just days after purchase to check in and answer any questions I had.
I would have given the dealership a 5 if it weren’t for the new GM nickel-​and-​diming us through negotiations, when or offer was very reasonable. His triviality wasted our time and Wally’s, over a very small amount.
Overall, I would definitely go back to Wally and ask for the «Wally Deal», as seen on Channel 3!

Mini of Tempe is the only establishment I can’t wait to come in and spend more money with! Doug O’Donnell in Service has to be the best Customer Service rep I have ever had… their attention to detail and finishing touches made me feel I had the best car line ever (which we know to be true with Mini Cooper anyway)! Brining «your baby» in to the «er» is a scary pricey thing and Doug made me feel it was going to be ok and they would see what they could do about really pinpointing the problem so the cost was doable… I actually look forward to the next issue

I would really like to give these guys a 5 star rating because they truly deserve it. I bought a used 2007 scion tc from them, and since purchase date they have gone far beyond my expectations. Within 2nd day of owning car, the battery died. Arizona tends to do that to batteries. They jumped it and replaced the battery and ran further tests to make sure it wasn’t anything else free of charge. While they let me use a 2015 mini cooper. About 2 weeks later the clutch went out in my car I bought it with 100,000 miles on it. They replaced the clutch even though it wasn’t under warranty because I just bought it. They put me in a loaner car and took care of me. They truly believe in good customer service. Within the same week my a.c. wasn’t blowing out that cool, so they checked it out for me. Shop here, they treat you like family, and they treat you like you and your car matter.

Some of the best service that I have had in a long time! Came in for an oil change and ask them to look the car over for any other problems. Had a water pump leaking, main seal leaking and RH drive shaft leaking. They had all parts in stock so they gave me a loaner Mini and I was on my way. The next morning Doug in service called at 0800 to inform me my ride was ready. So after I finished at the gym I picked it up with no issues. Everyone at the dealership was very nice so I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It was a nice drive from the West Valley on this beautiful Saturday. Here for another oil change for «Halle» The service here has always been very helpful and courteous. Last few times here I’ve been assisted by Steven Pham. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I recommend MINI of Tempe for the great customer service.

I just bought my first car at 25. 2014 mini hardtop, I LOVE IT! Turbo charged, black rims, sunroof and cute too boot!
I didn’t go in there expecting to buy a car that day, in fact I was just looking. I met with Justin Stanley (who is awesome!) and he helped answer all my questions. Then I fell in love with my mini when I test drove it. I just couldn’t leave without it.
I ended up trading in my car that day and drove home in my mini! I was always told buying a car was a long mundane process, but at Mini of Tempe, it was painless and easy. And everyone was so nice (and funny).
Such a great crew there and it made me first time an exciting experience.

Horrible place to take your car for service! I can’t tell you how many things they’ve screwed up, and to top it off, they don’t tell me they’re going to do a diagnostic check on my car until after they do it. So, I had to kiss $ 179 goodbye.

For a car buying experience it was fairly painless! Chris was great to work with and went the extra mile to get me a good deal on a loan to close the deal. I appreciate how he worked with us to do the final negotiations by phone so we simply had to come by after work and then sign the papers so I could drive my new Mini home. I really like the advantages of the Certified Used program and feel at ease knowing I don’t have to worry about maintenance or repairs for quite a while. There were a few follow-​up items that had to be dealt with afterwards but they were quickly resolved.
