Maple Bear combines the best of Canadian educational practices with a child-​focussed system in order to bring Canadian early childhood, elementary, and high school education to students around the world.

We believe this can be accomplished by focusing on language acquisition and development, literacy, English-​language arts, mathematics, science and technology, creative activity, physical skills and well-​being, and finally, personal and social awareness.

Maple Bear Global Schools shares the belief that educating young people is a great responsibility given to us by parents and society. Our actions must therefore reflect the highest possible standards of professional performance and professional integrity.

History

Established in 2004.

Maple Bear Tempe Early Learning Center is part of Canadian based Maple Bear Global Schools. Maple Bear Global Scools operates 140 schools in 11 countries including Brazil, Mexico, Korea, Singapore, India, Viet Nam and Dubai. Maple Bear Tempe follows the Canadian methodolgy which is a leader in education and second language immersion programs around the world.

Manager

With over thirty years of experience providing high quality care for young children, Maureen has a Master’s degree in early childhood education and is a veteran with service in the US Navy. Maureen’s goal for Maple Bear Tempe Early Learning Center is to provide a safe, loving and engaging environment where children can reach their maximum learning potential.
