I hate writing neg follow up reviews… but this one is pretty credible. My first review was just after perusing the store and chatting with the staff, second review is post purchase as an actual customer. I am sad to say I was less than satisfied. I would like to think that this was an isolated event, but none the less, I was disappointed. First of all I have to say the product is perfect, exactly what I wanted and looks great. I got a square leather top bar table with a silver stand. The price was right, thank God tho, since I had a world of a head ache trying to get the darn thing. We ordered the table on Feb 9th-ish, square leather bar table. About three weeks later, they called to say our table was in… went down to pick it up, its the wrong size, they sent a circle table, clearly said square on the order. So we sent that one back and waited another 2 weeks for the correct table… we get the call we go pick it up, its square we take it home very excitedly as it had been over a month wait now. Get it together, and there is a giant rip in the leather. Awesome, back to the store we go, they apologize, give us a few bucks back, and rush order another one, still almost 2 weeks later… we get the call go back to the store and the smart sales people they are, they put the table together and made damn sure it was perfect before letting us leave with it. So, after about 7 weeks, and a few trips to Tempe, I have my table. The store is great, the stuff they have is pretty cool… however a few tips… –check your order before leaving the store –ask them to rush ship –don’t buy stools from then, way over priced –keep a good attitude, it can get frustrating
