Mr. Price has been practicing law in the areas of Personal Injury, Bankruptcy, Estate Planning, Probate, General Civil and other areas for almost 30 years. Mr. Price is a christian attorney who participates and helps local charities. He has been a member of the Tempe Rotary Club in the past. He is currently a member of NACBA (National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and AZTLA (Arizona Trial Lawyers Association).
The main office is in Tempe just off the 101 freeway and we service the entire east valley including Mesa, East Mesa, Apache Junction, Queen Creek, Gilbert, Chandler, San Tan Valley, Casa Grande, Scottsdale, Phoenix and due to our easy access off the freeway we can also service Glendale, Peoria and west Phoenix.

Mr. Price received his J.D. degree from Temple University. After successfully completing the bar exam, Mr. Price was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona on May 14, 1983.
Mr. Price has maintained a general civil practice, assisting personal injury clients, consumers and businesses filing for bankruptcy protection, preparing wills and Estate plans and providing other general legal services. Mr. Price was first admitted to practice in this District in May, 1983 (Arizona Supreme Court) with admission to the United States District Court in September, 1983.
Mr. Price is a member of NACBA (National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys) and the Arizona Trail Lawyers Association. Mr. Price treats every client with respect and integrity.
