they asked me to commit insurance fraud
when I walked into this place, there’s punk rock music blaring and one weird guy in the back, 5 minutes later he acknowledges me and tells me it will be 100 bucks to fix the crack in my s4 screen and to come back in 2 hrs, my s4 that works perfectly fine still at this point. when I show up, the entire screen is shattered and the LED no longer works. they tell me I have 2 options, to pay them 240 to fix it or I can sell them my phone for $ 40 and claim it as lost, this place is horrible and I think won’t be around long

Daisy is very helpful and very honest. Our shattered ipad screen was shattered and in days she had it replaced. Very affordable and timely.
Then I had her look at my apple laptop whose screen had been damaged severely. She tried two screens and it turned out that there was something else wrong with my computer. I appreciate Daisy trying to help me, and after all her efforts she didn’t charge me at all.
I highly recommend Daisy and her business.

Cracked my iPhone screen and found this place online. Quick fix and a fair price compared to other places. It’s been a little over a week and my phone is still working great

Terrible terrible terrible ! I got my iphone fixed here and the first time it was fixed I took it home and some of the buttons for texting weren’t working, so I took it back showed up at the store it was supposed to be open at 10 or 11 I think. whatever time it was no one was there and I had to wait 20 minutes for the lady to show up when she finally did she said she «fixed» the issue and low and behold a couple of days later I attempted to make a phone call and no one could hear me when I put them on speaker ! and when I took them off I couldn’t hear them !! How frustrating !! Finally I got it fixed by some one else in a store off Elliott in Tempe inside a water and Ice and the guy did a great job and fixed my phone. He also told me she gave me a refurbished screen ! And that screws were left missing ! What a POS job ! DO NOT GO HERE if you have an iPhone looking to get fixed AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

I had taken my ipad mini to iTechs for a warranty repair (screen replacement) that was arranged by a 3^rd party. Daisy was very friendly and helpful. She did a great job! Would definitely return in the future.

Took two Samsung Note 2 with shattered screens was told would be about an hour, ended being two hours only semi fixed one by replacing the glass but ruined the screen. There’s a yellow «cloud» on the top half of the screen. The second one now has a screen that won’t light up and is therfore useless.

I am hard core Team Apple and usually I have excellent experiences in their stores. When I shattered the screen on my Iphone 5 & took it in to the Apple store they basically told me they couldn’t help me. I did the logical thing that a 26 year old female would do and burst into tears. I knew my friend had taken his iphone to Itechs and I decided to try it because Apple decided to void my warranty and I had nothing to lose.
Teary eyed, I asked the guy behind the counter at Itechs if he could help me. He told me that it would take about 15 minutes and be about half the price I was expecting. I wanted to leap over the counter and kiss him! They were so friendly, so professional, and my phone is working great! I’m typing on it now! So I would highly recommend this place for honest repairs on any of your Apple devices!

Trust me and just STAY AWAY.
I took my laptop in to have the keyboard replaced and JOHN said it would take about two weeks. I called after two weeks since I hadn’t heard from them and John told me the part still hadn’t arrived. I called two weeks after that and he told me it couldn’t be fixed because the keyboard he ordered didn’t work and it would cost him more to order another one than to just give the laptop back to me. WOW. OK.
When I picked up the laptop I was in COMPLETE SHOCK. He had switched out the entire top half with a used one that had stickers all over it, some of which were partially removed and left a sticky and ugly residue. He then admitted that he had ordered a USED keyboard. He had taken my hardrive out as well and just completely messed up the entire laptop. It was honestly unbelievable.
When I asked to speak to the owner he said she was out. When I asked him to call her so that I could make an appointment to meet with her, he said he would call her once I left the store. I left the store and just called a few days later and asked for the owner. She was completely unaware of what was happening. He had told her bits and pieces to make me seem like a troublesome customer, but when I finally told her the FULL story she was very apologetic.
She then said that she could have another store fix the laptop since she knew the owner and that way I wouldn’t have to pay after all the trouble I was put through. Well, this new place replaced the keyboard but then the laptop wouldn’t charge and they said it wasn’t their fault and refused to fix it. Also, I had to pay them as the owner of Itechs never honored her deal.

Purchased 3 iPad 2 digitizers from this place. 2 of them worked fine but one of them was faulty. I don’t live close so I called and talked to the same person I bought them from to see if I could exchange it for a working one. She stated it would be no problem. I got there and she totally changed her tune. She accused me of first damaging the part, then that the part wasn’t purchased from there and that I was attempting to defraud her! She refused to exchange the item and totally ripped me off. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The best place to get your iPhone fixed. Prices fair quick turn around time of about an hour and half for a shattered screen. They know what they are doing. I will use them for all my future iPhone problems. Thanks guys.

Raul has been fixing my iPhones since before he even had a store. He’s always been great and i’ve been to iTechs multiple times. Unfortunately, today I went in to get my mother’s 3GS screen replaced (one of many customers I’ve tried to bring them). After a 30min wait of having it «fixed,» I returned home (across town in E Mesa) to find the glass wasn’t put on correctly so the home button was no longer working, and he also forgot to return the 2 bottom screws. I returned to the store and explained to the guy what was up, he told me it was all because it was a 3GS (even tho it was working perfectly before) and I should get a new phone, and that yea, he forgot the screws, «so?» I told him forget it just take the screen back and give me my money back, to which he replied, «uh, no.»
I called their phone number and talked to Daisy, who I’m told is Raul’s wife, who told me she would call him to see what the problem was and call me back. I waited in the store and heard him get the call, he took my phone and sat down with it, no conversation. I waited for Daisy’s call — no call.
20 minutes later I called her back asking what the deal was and explaining I wanted a refund for all the time wasted and was told they «can’t do that.» It is their business, right? So it’s WONT, not can’t. So I waited another 45 minutes in the hot office with no air and the door open in 115 az heat and finally got my phone back.
I like Raul, and liked his business, but after the horrible customer service and shotty work I received today I can say I’ll never go back, and that honestly sucks. Back to Craigslist, I guess…

Completely ridiculous.
My boyfriend got a livingsocial deal to use here after his ipod touch front screen cracked. I took it in and was told it would take 2 hours to complete the job. This was the first sign that something was wrong, because it should only take 15 – 20 min tops to replace the front screen.
After two hours, I come back in and the guy is just chatting away on his phone to a friend, and doesn’t acknowledge me. When he finally does, he tells me the ipod doesn’t charge correctly, and that he can’t fix that. This is strange because the ipod was charging fine at the house, and outside of the cracked screen, everything was working perfectly. On top of that, he didn’t put the screen on correctly and it no longer sits flush on the ipod.
I took the ipod to get repaired at another location and the guy working there showed me how there was shattered glass and what seemed to be rubber cement or some other adhesive all over the inside, absolutely disgusting. There was no care put into this job at all. The charger was not something that could be fixed, he said he didn’t even understand how someone who works with iphones and ipods could mess up so badly.

Power button on my phone stopped working. Found iTech online and headed over. Located in a strip mall close to AZ Mills. They were very friendly and were able to fix my phone (while I had a drink & lunch @ the bar). 45 minutes later my fixed phone was back in my hand and working just like new. They also do some phone blinging. Adding sparkles or changing the glass to colored glasses, matching home buttons. Not for me but pretty nice looking. $ 45 to fix the power button. Happy customer.

I took my iphone to them to get the screen repaired, they checked the phone and it was working so they fixed the screen and they gave it back to me but the microphone was no longer working and the phone became useless.
I took it back to them and they could not fix it and I asked them to refund the money or replace the phone and they disagreed.
So now I have to spend hundreds of dollars to replace my iphone and have already paid $ 70 which they wont give me back.
I would not trust them at all!

These guys fixed my phone for the past year as needed and also put some great mods/​skins on my phones. I would recommend their service and products anytime. Thanks Raul and staff.
Also – Take «L.A“‘s review below =(1 star) with rolling eyes as his wankser grammar is terrible and as of today, ¹²⁄₂₆ he has a whopping 2 reviews for itechs inc and the other for the fine eating establishment of McDonald’s!-surprisingly he also gives them 1 star. Obviously he is the local village idiot you see and avoid, due to his typical boring conversations/​opinions.

Well. Nobody wants to visit a phone repair shop because, let’s face it, your phone is broken and that sucks. That was me. I searched online for a place to get my phone fixed and found these guys, and they happen to be 10 minutes from my house.
Long story short: I dropped my phone off and an hour later it was fixed. If you’ve never had a miracle happen to you, getting your phone repaired is about as close as it comes to, «There is a God and he just fixed my iPhone…» moments. These guys were professional and quick, and they have a good coffee if you’re so inclinded.
