Free Estimates: When you bring your computer into our shop, we’ll diagnose it, figure out what the problem is, and let you know what it will take to solve the issue, at no charge. This includes virus removal, laptop screen repairs, power jacks, hard drive and power supply replacements, Windows reloads, and anything else you might need help with.

Free Loaners: We know how separation anxiety works. Being without a loved one, like your computer, can cause unwanted changes in your daily life. We provide free loaners that you can use while we service your computer.

Fast Turnaround: If you decide to move forward after the estimate, we’ll have your computer running great usually within a day (except if we have to special order any components not locally-​sourced, which may add a few days, but we’ll tell you this in advance).

Competitive Pricing: Our average pricing is half that of Geek Squad, and Data Doctors charges $ 59 to diagnose your problem.

What I do at Hyperion: I make things pretty. Okay, in technical terms, I design all of our web projects and web applications. I interact with our clients on a daily basis, handle project management and coach our clients on social strategy.

Where you can find me: Paradise Bakery, San Francisco, Disneyland or sitting in my reading chair in my office with my Nook and a cup of Earl Grey.
