Absolutely love this shop. I am so happy to have found a affordable and friendly shop that specializes in Mini Coopers. I had three items replaced, which I was told would take about 2 hours. It only took 1 hour, yay! Additionally, the prices are competitive. I honestly couldn’t do it cheaper myself. It was a relief to find a well priced shop, especially after seeing the dealers shocking prices. Furthermore the staff was very nice and welcoming. They offered a lot of advice in regard to maintaining my car, but did not pressure me into purchasing any parts soon. In other words, they were honest about what my car needed, and I felt like I could trust their advice. As a woman, I also appreciated that the men treated me with respect, because I actually do know a thing or two about cars. Lastly, the shop is in a great location (right across from Tempe Marketplace), so if you are waiting you can walk over and find some place to eat or some other entertainment. We have 2 Mini Coopers in our family, so we will definitely be returning based on this experience. If you love your Mini Cooper as much as I do, I would definitely take it to this shop.

I have been going to see Jerry at Eurotechs since he opened his doors. Jerry is an AWESOME mechanic that explains the details well, spends time with you and is very fair on his pricing. I have since sold my Mini Cooper and I still take my other vehicles to Jerry when I can. He is always the first person I call. I highly recommend him, especially if you own a Mini Cooper.

I found this awesome Mini repair shop on Unilocal.After dreading having to take my 08 mini to the dealer I called Eurotech with the issue of back window not going up. Jerry’s partner knew exactly the issue and ordered the part and had an app the next day. I brought my car in and was completed in less than an hr and quote on phone was price I paid. I’m very happy to have a reliable mechanic who doesn’t try and sell me services I don’t need. The price was $ 150 less than the dealer. Going to be bringing my 08 Mini back for regular scheduled service. They are also very nice.

I have been here twice to repair my Mini. I think the best thing about being here twice is that they have ALWAYS done the best they could.
I grew up in a mechanic’s shop. I know a little about cars. I also know that I do not know A LOT about cars.
These guys have never made me feel like a stupid woman that has no business looking under the hood. I appreciate that. Unfortunately, that has happened at other shops.
I have never had them under quote me and if there has been something unexpected, they tell me before they do the repair. I have actually walked away, TWICE, paying less than the quoted cost. As long as I own my Mini, I will bring it here if it is beyond the home repair abilities.

Although Jerry never actually worked on my Jag, he did inspect my car and diagnosed an issue without evening having to wrench the car. He also listened to another issue I was having on the phone and told me exactly where to go and who to contact to get it fixed. Euro Techs gets five starts because diagnosis is just as important as actually turna wrench.
If you have a Jag, be sure not to take it down the street to those other guys, take it to Euro Techs! Also, they will help upgrade your Jag too with some tasteful go fast parts, even better.

These guys are awesome! They love mini’s and are true specialists. Very reasonable and competitively priced.

Unilocal keeps removing my review.
I got an estimate to replace a shock, $ 150. I made an appointment a week in advance, but they called me the day before to tell me they had not got the shock yet. I rescheduled for the following week. Last Tuesday, I showed up for my appointment, they repaired the car, but then tried to charge me $ 225. I reminded him about his quote and made all kinds of excuses and recomputed the total to $ 154. On this trip, they discovered an engine oil leak that needed repair and he wrote the estimate for that on my receipt. Immediately, I scheduled an appoint for the following Friday at noon. He said the repair would take 3 – 4 hours. After driving the 45 minutes one way to get there, the guy at the desk didn’t remember what I was there for and I had to tell him the specifics. That should have been a warning. We left him the car (and my cell number) and walked over to Tempe Marketplace. At 3:30pm, we returned only to be told that they had not done any work yet because they didn’t have the gasket. They said that the dealership parts guy didn’t show up for work that day. I asked the owner why he would wait until the day of service to try and get the parts (they didn’t do this before with the shock). He said that sometimes customers don’t show up, so they don’t want to get them ahead of time. Really? No apologies, the only thing they offered was for me to reschedule! So, almost 2 hours round trip and 4 hours wasted waiting for the car for nothing??? If he would have just taken responsibility and said, «Sorry, we screwed up, let us make this up to you», I would have been OK with it. But, to put the blame on the dealership and other customers, then offer no reasonable solution for me wasting my time and gas, I find this extremely unsavory business practice. I will never go back there and I warn you not to also.

This place is awesome. Jerry was very honest and knowledgeable. I had called him to make an appointment for an oil change and through our conversation I knew this was going to be the place. We only wanted a cooper shop to do any work on the car. I grew up around mechanics so I knew the questions to ask. If your looking for an HONEST mini service shop for your mini. I highly recommend this shop. His prices are very reasonable and he uses only OEM parts and synthetic oil that is recommended for the car. We won’t take it anywhere else. Excellent find.

Excellent customer service. I brought my Jaguar in for a check engine light and they handled it professionally and proficiently. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I have not yet been here. but i called to get a quote to change out the battery on my 2012 mini countryman. he told me that it is covered by mini and to take it to the dealership. I was shocked by his honesty. he gave me a quote that if for any reason it wasn’t covered i could have them switch it out for less than half of what the dealership quoted me. I am very impressed by their integrity and will be using them in the future for whatever isn’t covered by my warranty!

OK… I know some people exaggerate but Jerry is a godsend. I will give a very specific example. Today, I went in for a couple small things and asked for a radiator flush as well.
I just purchased my mini and I knew it was worked on at Euro Techs prior to me buying the car. The prior owner had a lot a paper work history but I could not find anything that said the radiator was flushed.
Jerry said he worked on this car a few months ago and he just flushed it. The previous owner didn’t have that particular paperwork it seems and Jerry ABSOLUTELY didn’t have to tell me that. He also said there was no need to change my fuel filter at this time.
What mechanic does this? If you live in Arizona… Hell, California or even New Mexico, go to Euro Techs. This place has something that is unheard of, AN HONEST MECHANIC. Wow.

I got my MINI Cooper last year in late 2013 and I LOVE it! (just not the dealership repair prices) So I heard about Euro Techs and fell in love instantly.
Not only do they specialize in MINI Coopers, but they are very fair priced, the work is done by highly competent people, and the customer service is very MINI owner friendly.
I did make a mistake as to take my car to another mechanic for an oil change (worst idea ever). I ended up with a major oil leak, a dead battery, and a broken hood latch. All at the same time.
Luckily, Euro Techs can fix all of that for me, quick, easy, and wallet friendly.
Ill be moving to Texas in 10days, so ill really miss this place.

Jerry of EuroTechs has been my go-​to Jaguar expert for nearly 2 years now. He’s very attentive, communicative and experienced. He’s flexible and does a great job of walking one through the potentialities of what the issue (s) could be relating to the care of vehicles.
