This is a great place to buy your eyeglasses and sunglasses alike! The brand name selection is fantastic and if they don’t have it in stock they’ll order it for you if it’s still made! Go see Trish as she is so knowledge and is licensed to put your prescription into any of the glasses, regular or sunglasses! The store is clean, organized and smells great every time you walk in! Great experience and Trish Is awesome!

Came for prescription glasses and I’m glad that I wasn’t harassed by people to «try this, try that» and I could just pick them out in peace. Used the awesome groupon heycoupon and got some excellent glasses. Even when my glasses were damaged they directed me to places where I could get them fixed. The staff were incredibly polite and courteous people. Highly recommend these guys.

We tried to use another one of these coupons at this place, but after I was given the bill I almost feel over, I just got a refund. Their frame collection isn’t that great either all the same old brands. I used to go somewhere else farther from home but I guess I’m going to have to back. Save your time go somewhere that knows.

I had variety of frames to choose, and received good customer service. I recommend the place.

My son’s and my prescription glasses are very nice! Needless to mention, I would have not been able to afford the frames we both got without all the wonderful discounts we received. I will be going back in one week to use my $ 25 gift certificate toward my new glasses :)

I had a bad experience with the sales lady and left without glasses From what I was told she s no longer employed by the company. I was contacted by management concerning my issue and they were very kind and let me know they don’t condone or train their employees to ack that way being a good company they offered to reimburse me for the groupon I had bought thank you management for noticing and caring.

I called this shop to special order some Chanel sunglasses for me. The manager I spoke with was very smart and professional. I was initially impressed. They called me when the sunglasses came in, so I stopped by to pick them up. Something about the glasses didn’t feel quite right and I couldn’t put my finger on it. I told them I needed to wait before taking them out of the store. They were very patient and understanding with me. The owner called me and listened to my concerns. I had spent a lot of money on the glasses, so I wanted to be sure they were exactly right for me. They accommodated my concerns and never made me feel pressured. When I went to pick them up, they were courteous and in the end I felt good about the purchase. I would definitely do business here again!

Like the last review writer, I bought a deal off of one of those coupon/​deal sites. I paid $ 19 for $ 175. I was a little skeptical at first because I couldn’t believe how good of a deal this was. I was worried that maybe there’s a bunch of other fees that they weren’t telling you about, and the total for a pair of glasses would far exceed $ 175.
I bought it anyways since I was due for a new pair of glasses anyways. I went to check out what they had, and I thought they had a great selection. One of the workers, Tricia, really went out of her way to explain how to pick the right pair of glasses to fit not only my head and face, but my needs as well. As a student and a healthcare worker that works on the computer a lot, I never thought about how important it is to choose the right pair of glasses to best fit my lifestyle.
So, all in all, I think this is a great place to buy new frames. It’s not just some eyeglass store… They know what they’re talking about and have the customer’s best interest in mind.

I think it’s time for a new pair of glasses when your old frames have changed color from bronze to silver. Anyways, came here b/​c I heard about it through the living social deal. It was $ 49 for $ 200 to spend at the place. I was skeptical at first b/​c sometimes those living social deals don’t turn out to be such a great deal after all.
Before I headed out, I wanted to check out their brands, but the website just lists the names and not the pictures of the frames and such.
In the end, I’m glad I bought the deal and went to Eclipse. They had a great variety and trendy brands that will cater to a lot people. It’s a small shop compared to the corporate places like Lenscrafters, but I really didn’t think they lacked in the choices. So I took a few minutes trying on different types and settled on some Carreras which I am very happy with. The turn around time to get rx in your lenses were about a week.
When you pick up your glasses, they give you some free swag such as cleaners. Plus if you need any adjustments or more cleaners then they will get it done for free! Which I think is awesome customer service.
I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

I recently purchased eye glasses from Eclipse Eyewear using a groupon. Truthfully, I wan’t expecting much. I just wanted the discount! I found them to be incredibly professional, very thorough, and provided me with the highest quality service and eyewear for a fraction of the cost. When I picked up my glasses, they gave me a free case, cleaning cloth, cleaning spray and told me I could come back within a year to get the coating replaced for free if needed. I have never experienced such great service and quality ever! Thank you!
