Brenda and Carl have a combined 70 years experience in Legal Document Preparation, Escrow, Real Estate, Mortgage Lending, Consumer Lending and small business ownership.

They are both Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparers. In addition, Brenda is a paralegal and Carl holds an inactive Real Estate license.

They can also count on Brenda’s husband (31 years as a Mortgage Loan Originator, published author and teacher of Mortgage Origination) and Carl’s wife (30 years as an Escrow office branch manager, a Real Estate Broker with 10 years experience who owns her Company) as unequaled sources of expert knowledge.
