Back in Shape boasts a unique and proven blend of chiropractic, massage therapy and stretch therapy based on objective evaluations and goals.

Our office prides itself over the past 10 plus years of being almost 100% referral based with patients of all walks of life. However, we have enjoyed the opportunity to serve a vast majority of the Arizona Cardinals including coaches, families and management on a routine basis. Back in Shape has also had the distinct privilege of being able to help a Gold medal Olympian, Heisman Trophy winner, Guinness Book of World Record holder, radio personality, well over 100 NFL players ranging from the San Diego Chargers to the New England Patriots, NFL coaches, and of course the truest heroes in our local fire departments. All of this can be achieved in one comfortable, enjoyable high-​energy environment second to none!
