I went to this place because i am in school for aesthetics and the big thing right now is lash extensions. A co worker of mine had told me to try amazing lash studio and her lashes looked good, i went in and got a full set and 3 days after they were falling off left and right in clumps of 3. Called back and it took them almost 6 hours to call me back and by that time i had already gone somewhere else to fix them. They told me to come back for a correction. Why would i want to go back if they kept falling out? Absolute waste of my time and money. Never going back to an amazing lash studio again. unfortunate.

I went in and got a full set done by Paige and she did such a good Job! She asked me what i wanted and she gave me exactly that! She was so sweet and did a fantastic job! Today, I went in and saw Jessica to get my lashes filled and they look amazing! I was scared that maybe they wouldn’t look the same or may be different but they still looked just as amazing as when I got them done! She also put some product on my eyelashes that will help my extensions stay longer and help my nature lashes to grow! I highly recommend getting your lashes done at this location. Everyone is super nice and friendly and they will take care of you!

Ciara is awesome!!! Best lash application ever. Highly recommend!!! This is the first time I’ve ever done this and the first 2 appts, my eyes HURT after another person applied my lashes. Ciara did it without any pulling on my eyelid, glue stuck in hair or any pain after. Very thankful I switched up who does my lashes because I was close to saying «screw it… this hurts and it’s not worth it!» Glad I didn’t!

Very Disappointed. My first experience with having lash extentions and I am not happy with the final result at all. When the tech was finished I stated that my right eye looked like it had a section of lashes missing, the tech said «I noticed that», and she went on to fill it in. Now the right eye is fuller than the left. The tech should of done the application right the first time and I should not of had to advise her of something she already «noticed».
I am so glad I did not purchase the monthly plan that they REALLY pushed, I will not be back.
Another thing, when someone pays cash — one should never assume the entire extra over change would be a tip. That should be left up to the Customer.

I do not recommend becoming a member of Amazing Lash–
I became a member in January of this year and had fantastic service the first 2x I had my lashes done. After the 3rd time, I had to go back for a lash correction due to the lack of glue. 4th time was a success, but each time thereafter has been disappointing. Today, I found that the last tech glued most of my lashes on lopsided which resulted in another tech needing to pull them off and reattach new lashes. The process was painful and the tech apologized each time she ripped a lash from my eye.
Unfortunately, I’m a member and will need to finish the contract this year. I do NOT recommend becoming a member with Amazing Lash. Once my contract is up, I’ll look elsewhere for lash services. I gave 2 stars because the employees are pleasant. It’s the lack of quality work (and pain I experienced today) that I do not appreciate.

I’ve visited at least a dozen Amazing Lashes (Dallas, Austin, Atlanta, Orange County, Houston) and by far Amazing Lashes Tempe Marketplace is my favorite location!
This is my second visit here for refill and I’m thrilled that it can be my home location now.
Today, Isabel did my refill and they look beautiful. I judge the locations on customer service when booking, being greeted well, promptness and cleanliness.
I believe the stylists get trained properly and if your Lashes fall out sometimes sooner than other visits, you can’t just blame them. How you take care of the Lashes is important too.
Both times I’ve been in, Ashley has been there and was super prompt and helpful. Yesterday I had walked in to set my appt for today while I was shopping. Bailee was so friendly, even went out of her way to wish me a happy birthday. She was here today with Ashley and they light up the front desk with their smiles and great customer service. A+ ladies!!!
This location is in the District of Tempe Marketplace and is across from H&M. Don’t go anywhere else.
Their pricing is great… I love my membership and I think they’ve done an amazing job at dominating eyelash services for the ladies!!!

One thing I really like about this place is that they are very organized and were able to get me in very quickly.
I had a similar experience to many others where my right eye looked great because the technician took her time but my left eye looked a little off because she was more rushed. The lashes were full but they weren’t all pointing the right direction so when I looked at them once I got to the car it looked like I had a little cowlick in my eyelashes. I was in a hurry so I couldn’t go back but definitely disappointed.
The other thing that I don’t love is how quickly the lashes are coming off. After only one week over half of them were gone. The glue is not strong enough. They’re just falling off my natural lash when I simply touch my eye.

The 5 stars goes to Jess. She deserves it. She does beautiful lashes! Other than that I would give the place 3 stars. If you sign up for the monthly fee to get fills, they don’t ever let you cancel they only will let you put it on hold. In my opinion I hate when places do this. I think It is a cheap way to keep clients. Just read the fine print.

I’m very hesitant to try ‘chain type’ businesses when going in for a service like eyelash extensions. I’ve had extensions for a few years now, I’ve never used the ‘strip’ lashes most girls use today. I will tell you you’re not going to get a ‘strip’ look from extensions; you’ll get a more natural, prettier look. I was going to an eyelash lady in Scottsdale for a while since I’ve moved here; but I was not satisfied with how long they were «lasting» and the length/​thickness.
I tried this place out for the deal and I figured if I didn’t like it I could get them removed at a different salon. I called and got an appointment for a removal and full set the same day (had to get my last set removed) and I got Brandi.
Brandi is the sweetest, down to earth, easiest person to talk to. She wants what’s best for the lashes you naturally have and want to help you get the look you want. I love her.
I have had two fills since and one correction. The fill that required a correction was scary to ask for, I hate complaining or making a big deal, but the ladies at the front were so professional and easy to talk to.
The second fill I had was with Nicole. She’s the sweetest, very nice and easy to talk to also. So far I love this place and don’t plan to change places for a while.

At first I had a rough start with this place… I had to go back multiple times in less than 4wks to get my lashes fixed… this place does have potential… If their technique was to be tweaked to have evenness through out both eyes it would be at 5 star… otherwise the managers are pretty good at getting you in ASAP to get any issue resolved… The GM was really good at talking to me and getting my tech to help me get my lashes back to full and beautiful!

Went for the first time yesterday and was first greeted with smiles and enthusiasm, made my appointment for a removal and new set and left. Came back at 5, the girl took me back only to kind of have attitude and tell me that a removal and new set wasn’t something they recommend and she’ll take them off and I can come back, anyone who has lashes… Ummm no. So she says ok but the remover will make the lash glue not stick, I’ve had lashes for a year, not true. So she took them off and then tells me there’s to much glue and to go home and come back in a day or so, or we can put on a half ass set, because now she only had an hour or so. I was so mad at this point that she went through the process and then had the worst attitude I said fine and got up. She walked me out and told Nikki I’d be back in a few days, she left and I lightly lost it. I was very unhappy and upset. Nikki was so very helpful and understanding not to mention professional! There were two girls up front and she sent them back while I was talking which as a business owner I noticed right away. I thought she was a manager. She went and pulled Jessica out of an appointment to observe my short but no glue lashes and she said they were fine, so we booked me an hour later with Jessica. So 4 hours later I walked out with a full set and the best experience! Jessica was just as amazing as Nikki and very nice. She did a great job. Waking up this morning they are alittle messy, not like a brand new set and I wish they were fuller, I love the super full dramatic look and they are alittle to natural for me, I called Nikki and once again she amazed me by listening to me and wanting to fix my insecurities with my lashes! She scheduled me for Tuesday to gives my eyes a break. Thank you Nikki!

I got my eyelashes done by Breina last Thursday (five days ago) and they are still 100% perfect! I have never had them last this long without losing a single lash! The front desk was really helpful too when I couldn’t find them in Tempe Marketplace (they are right next to Bath & Body Works, FYI) and followed up a couple days ago to make sure I was totally happy. Great experience all around!

I absolutely love my new lashes! Ashley Beck was my lash girl and made me feel super comfortable considering this was my first time ever doing this. I was so relaxed while she was putting them on, I almost fell asleep lol
I will be back again and again and again but only to see Ashley for my new lashes!

I went in today for my first ever lash extensions. I am 100% satisfied with the results. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Jesyka took her time to explain the process and made me feel very confident. She was very professional and made the process feel very comfortable. When I came home my husband was very impressed with the work she did. I would definitely recommend my friends!!!
