Owners/​staff are friendly in this locksmith location. They have been the locksmith company of choice by our loft building in Old Town Scottsdale for a long time. We have had a locksmith come to our units several times to change keys, always on time, always professional. At the shop itself we have had to have replacement keys made, as recently as this week. They go through a process of security as we have keys that are do not duplicate. Again, they make sure you are the rightful owners before cutting the keys. Reasonable prices, friendly customer service, professional, highly recommend.

Hi I was in this place for the first time today. First off when I went in they were very friendly, even though they looked puzzled to see a customer… Nonetheless they were friendly I asked him to make a key that could not be duplicated and when he did, I noticed that it was not up to my standards… The key had the company name and logo printed on it as advertising, as well as do not duplicate and very small letters hardly even noticeable I brought it up and he said that is all I have. I told him that would not work for what I wanted and I would like to return it, he said you cannot return cut keys I told him it’s not correct and I would like my money back he said it’s a two dollar item deal with it. I had also purchased some other keys at the same time and thankfully they work flawlessly. so therefore they get two stars, it’s not about the $ 2, its about customer service… I explained if this was my business I would do the return no questions asked that what he’s doing is unfair, he said I’ve been in business 20 years, what is that matter with a few more bad Unilocal reviews who knows what could happen… I would drive 20 miles rather than go to this place again
