History

Established in 2005.

Our divorce law firm opened in 2005 in San Diego. After getting numerous cases in Riverside County as a result of our excellent reputation throughout San Diego County and a lack of a significant number of Certified Family Law Specialists in Temecula, we opened an office right in the heart of Temecula and have been growing ever since. Managing attorney Justine Marren is truly a remarkable family law attorney. Hannah Engholm serves clients in both San Diego and Riverside Counties and is also an outstanding divorce lawyer with incredible success rates. We put our client’s needs at the forefront of every case.

Deciding to pursue a legal career, Justine attended California Western School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor degree. She interned with Wilkinson & Finkbeiner during law school After graduating in the top of her class, Justine continued to work with W&F as an associate attorney in our San Diego office. Justine then relocated to Temecula, where she is from, to open up the firm’s Temecula office. Justine’s goals are to help individuals resolve their family matters in the most amicable of ways, but doesn’t shy away from litigation. Justine believes that an excellent result can be achieved without having to forfeit any assets or wants, which is what separates our representation from other family lawyers.

Justine is joined by Hannah Engholm, another bright and extremely effective family law attorney, and Esther G., our paralegal, in our Temecula office.

Wilkinson & Finkbeiner did an excellent job on my case. My attorney, Justine Marren, was very knowledgeable in Family Law. She was able to review my judgement and evidence provided by both sides. She was extremely professional and spent time preparing for my hearing. She was very organized, articulate, and accurately completed the necessary paperwork to the court. It is never a pleasant experience going up against your ex in court, but I must say that the lawyers and staff at Wilkinson and Finkbeiner were so courteous and professional. They made the process as painless as possible and really fought for my rights as a parent to do what needed to be done for my son’s best interest.
