Vista Paint Window & Wallcovering

Very poor customer service! I called first to make sure they took old paint. When I got there the old guy (who judging by his accent was from India or Pakistan) had to be forced to do any kind of work. According to him the recycle box was full they didn’t carry my 1 paint and couldn’t color match the other for 24 hours minimum. they told the guy who came in after me they couldn’t color match his stain for 72 hours minimum! I finally prompted him to find replacement paint for the oil based vista brand I needed. Then he basically told me to go to frazee. For all my other needs. Being no fool, I took his advice and spent my other fifty dollars at frazee paint. they color matched me and had me out the door in 10 minutes. After I had been at frazee 5 minutes the other customer from vista with the stain match showed up. They immediately matched his stain and was in line to pay right behind me. There were no other customers in vista paint when I was there except for the guy who needed the stain match. So the «we’re too busy excuse» doesn’t apply. The guy named Tyrone, at vista paint was very helpful. I like vista products but I’m sure they’re quality can be matched and customer service has already been exceeded!

My brother needed to get touch up paint here. Unfortunately, they don’t keep a record of your purchases. However, you can cut a small piece from your wall and they can match it. Seems like a small can of paint from them is about a ¹⁄₃ cheaper than home depot, less than $ 9 versus $ 12. Hopefully my brother will get an exact match! Service ok, prices (haven’t purchased the touch up paint yet but) seems good.
