the first time Craig and his guys came out they did a great job. But after they left my wife noticed a small spot they had missed so when I called and notified Craig He was very polite and returned to fix the problem and went out of his way to make things write+ did lots of extra stuff .I am very happy with the job they did. He could have told me sorry, that’s as good as it gets and have a nice day but no He made our 2007 rv look new. thank you Valley Pros

UPDATE****SEPTEMBER 8TH 2015:
We spent the majority of the summer waiting on this company to wax the RV. They kept cancelling on us. This morning we got a text asking if we could reschedule AGAIN and I finally blew-​up.
After rescheduling 11 times, they finally came out to wax the motorhome. We first hired them on July 6. I complained soon thereafter about the job that was done. I wrote a Unilocal in August after brewing for a month.
It is now September 8 and they are out front, washing and waxing the motorhome. They brought their own ladders this time. Hopefully they will do a good job. I will update after they finish.

These guys are awsome! We had our boat and two of our trucks done and they have never looked better! I will definitely be calling them back.

Seriously the most OCD cleaners ever!!! They’ve been cleaning my cars since ²⁰¹⁰⁄₂₀₁₁ and are ridiculously meticulous. I’m like everything perfect, and they always exceed my expectations. I’ve got a white Lexus and a black Audi, they look brand new (or better) when they leave. Super awesome guy!!! Oh yeah and prices are reasonable :)

Valley Pros does an excellent job and does not take long to do it. They don’t cut corners. My car is always PERFECT when they give my keys back, and the best part is that they come to me. Their prices are competitive and Craig and Keith are great guys. I highly recommend their services.

I had contacted Craig at Valley Pros Mobile Detailing through the website email. I received a message within a day with some quotes on what I was looking for, which was a clay bar treatment on a Toyota Sequoia with signs of oxidation. He was very busy and we needed to reschedule several times to get scheduled. Which did bother me a little, but he was always very polite and apologetic for the change in scheduling.
It was worth the rescheduling. When he was finally able to make it he produced a miracle. He did such a fantastic job on my car, I could not believe it when I saw it. His work changed my whole view on mobile car detailing.
I will still do minor car washes on my cars, but I will not waste my day doing a complete wax and detail anymore. It is worth every penny to have Craig from Valley Pros take care of the work. He is fast and has the right equipment, product, and experience to knock out the job.
I have wasted too much time working on my cars and buying products that I rarely use.
It is rough getting scheduled unless you are on a regular schedule with Valley Pros. They travel all over the place doing work. But I would highly recommend that you stick it out and have them work on your car. You will not be disappointed in the work they do, and will understand quickly why it is hard to get a fit into their schedule.
The price is worth it. I usually estimate the price of work on what I make per hour and how long it would take me to do a job. Then I add a couple of hours to it, because it is on my day off. Valley Pros does a better job than I would have ever done, and in far less time than it would have taken me to duplicate. Worth every penny!

If you want to be left hanging for 2 days, feel free to call this company. They were supposed to come by home at 1 pm and they never came. In fact, they never called to say they were running late or could not attend. They had the decency to call me the next morning to reschedule despite not picking up my 20x phone calls the day before. Like a fool, I accepted because I needed the car to be ready that day to be shipped to las vegas for a sale. Here I am waiting again for another 5 hours with no phone calls that they are running late or to reschedule a second time. This company is completely unreliable and unprofessional. Have fun doing business with them.
