Business Owner

I have been in the client services business for over 40 years assuring happy internal and external customers. I started the business started out of personal need, when after three back surgeries caused me to rely on transportation services, once I got back on my feet, found that I could deliver non-​emergency medical transportation for less.

I started with one vehicle and then moved into airports, cruise terminals, and wine tours. Currently we are the largest shuttle service in the Temecula Valley. Transit Van Shuttle is now serving over 25 airports in 10 states. Additionally we are now in the franchise arena, with the intentions of opening across the USA. «Where do you want to go today!»

In response to the comment by Transit Van Shuttle, I would like to request to review my pick up request in detail. I have clearly specified therein that the estimate time of arrival (ETA) is 9:00 am and the pick up time is 10:20. I called right after the airplane has landed at 8:57am to ensure that the car is on the way so I can be picked up at the scheduled time of 10:20 am. I am very disappointed that you treat me like an inexperienced traveler with a limited chauffeured experience in addition to being stranded for 50 minutes. Thank you.

Excellent service form the initial reservation, payment, confirmation of pick up. On-​time and as needed and described. My son and his friend were transported from Calvary Chapel Bible College to San Diego Airport on 12.10.2015. Thank you! Will use again and price was reasonable!

THANK YOU, TERRIFIC AND TIMELY SERVICE! We needed a way to get our son from Calvary Chapel Bible College to the train station. I saw the good reviews and decided to trust this shuttle company with the point-​to-​point assignment.
The drivers were great, both ways! They picked him up from the school, shuttled him to San Diego so he could catch the train, then later picked him up from the train station and returned him to the school. Big thanks to Will and Nikki for the safe and friendly shuttle ride!
They were great on the phone, setting up the point-​to-​point shuttle for me, both ways. Thanks to Linda and Jared for that! They were very patient as I told them my concerns and set up the appointments.
I will definitely use them again the next time our son has another vacation break from college.

We used their services for our wedding guest, everything was great and on time. The only problem I had with this Company was the fact that they charged my AMX twice and after calling them several time and sending them my statement still they denied that they charged me twice, I was told to cal the AMX to dispute the charge. so be aware when you give them your credit card
the way when I called my American Express they told me I was charged twice and that wasn’t on the same day it was month later for the 2nd charge.

Terrible customer service. When I called for reservation, her name Gail was very rude and I was not totally happy with this company. They made a mistake my reservation time but they told me I made a mistake. She said that nothing she can do it and hung up on me!!!
Definitely I Do not recommend this company to anyone who do not want extra stress before and after traveling.

Great service with professional staff and friendly drivers. The van was clean and the driver was on time. I appreciate the fact that I didn’t have to wait and ride in the van with other passengers going to different destinations. When I travel I only use Transit Van because I know I can rely on their promptness and great service. If you want a relaxing ride with no stress use their service, you will not be disappointed.

I used this shuttle service years ago for an airport trip for our family vacation and everything was great. Recently I had to get a ride to the airport for a business trip and my company had an account with one of their competetor so I tried to book my ride through them. The reply back was they didn’t service my area with no explanation or alternative. Transit Van not only accomidated my area but picked me up at my front door and we didn’t have to stop to pick up any additional passengers. We went directly to the airport and that in itself set my mind at ease. Their drivers are professional, personable and real safe. I highly recommend that if you need to get to the airport for whatever reason and you don’t want the trip there to be an issue, you consider Transit Van to accomadate your needs before you go with the other people who are only concerned about your dollars not your needs.

My absolute FAVORITE for wine tours and airport! Went on a wine tour with my girlfriends a few times with Transit Van and every time the driver is well versed in the wineries, the best tasting deals and the best places to watch the sunset. Rose and Tranessa are my favorite drivers. Always patient and fun and smiling. Safe, reliable and honest service. Will use them every time I need a wine tour or need to be on time for a flight. They’ve gotten me to and from SD airport at least 5 times and each time it’s direct, fast and timely. Best!

I am from the midwest and recently moved to California. I have always wanted to go on a wine tasting tour so my best friend and I decided to take a weekend trip to Temecula and have Transit Van Shuttle Service take us to various vineyards. Our driver, Rose, was AMAZING. I had absolutely no idea which vineyards were worth going to, but Rose knew the best for reds, whites, and my favorite, champagne. Whenever we wanted to go to another vineyard Rose was ready and waiting for us. Honestly, it was the best service I have experienced in a really long time and I am 100% using them again.

I called this company to ask some simple questions, their website was hard for me to follow and I had some questions about arranging transportation for some customers in the future. The guy that I spoke with made me feel like I was begging him for money and he very rudely told me to go to his website if I wanted information. Needless to say, I didn’t use him and won’t be using him at any point. I don’t know anything about his vehicles or actual services no will I ever know. He was so rude that I didn’t ever make it too that point but in my experience, the service that you receive on the phone is a good indicator as to the service that they will provide in the field and this company is not for me.
