If I could rate this place with more stars I would. I LOVE this place. Best hair salon EVER! Jacob is beyond amazing. Sent in a pic of how I wanted my hair and it turned out even better. Gorgeous salon, great staff, and a very sweet owner. Jacob did my daughters hair as well and she loves it. This is definitely my new salon. Anyone you go to here you’ll be happy with but Jacob is my guy for my daughters hair and mine. Thanks again Jacob!

Love this salon. I had my hair colored, cut and make-​up done by Bridgette, she is the best, she can do it all. Salon is very nice and the people there are very friendly and helpful. Looking for anything hair and or make up call Bridgette.

Fantastic!!! This is my salon now. I was greeted warmly and friendly by the owner and the staff. The salon is so cute and quaint. Nicole was professional and accommodating. She helped me decide on a color and cut. I LOVE MY HAIR. Best its looked in years. I highly recommend Nicole. We had great conversation while I sipped on a delicious mimosa!

Part 2 of my review! Start reading from my original post and then continue here as it was THAT BAD! …flat (less than 20 minutes later) and asked to speak with the owner about my experience. I was received a call from the owner while I was getting my makeup done and called her back on my way to the wedding. She asked if I could go back to the salon so they could fix my hair, and I explained I was already late to the bridal suite thanks to them messing up my hair and putting me an hour behind. I told her I would call her back after the wedding and that I was incredibly pissed I was looking like shit! I attempted to recurl my hair while in the bridal suite and it was a failed attempt! I looked like a wet dog in my opinion and the stress from not looking perfect for my best friends wedding (which I have been waiting for for over 22 years!) was ridiculous and absolutely unfair! I paid good money to look perfect on her day, and instead I had nothing more than a Fantastic Sams service. I explained all of the aforementioned to the owner who proceeded to argue with me about how I had her top stylist cut my hair and that it was far more than a Fantastic Sams service. We played phone tag and went back and forth a few times before she offered to refund me $ 30 for my up-​do after. I had already told her I only felt comfortable paying just $ 30 for the haircut (again, what I would have paid at Fantastic Sams), and needed to be fully refunded the balance for my style, or should I say lack of style. We went back and forth and she refused to acknowledge how her employees ruined my entire day, and all I could do was worry about how shitty my hair looked in my best friends wedding pics. I was completely embarrassed by the poor appearance of my hair, and all the owner could continue to say was that that never happens and I had her best stylist, and they all had an off day, blah, blah, blah. That whole saying, «the customer is always right,» was definitely not the case with her. How could I possibly have had your best stylist when she took way longer than she should have, for a style that didn’t even make it out the front door of the salon?! Oh, and get this. I paid $ 75 for my cut and style, and since both stylist who worked on my hair were very nice, I left them each a $ 5 tip (I’m a normally a very generous tipper; so this lack of appropriate tip just illustrates how horrible my entire experience was)… so I spent $ 85 total. The owner pulls the receipts and how they were split between both stylists and tries explaining that I already received a huge discount on my service and she wasn’t sure why. Well that’s a flat out lie! When I called and scheduled my appointment I was quoted $ 55 for my haircut and an additional $ 10 to $ 15 for the style depending on the thickness of my hair, so that $ 75 was almost spot on for what I was quoted over the phone. She insisted that they were separate services that both ran $ 55 each. Well, there is no way in hell I would have bothered scheduling the appointment if a simple cut and curl was going to cost me over $ 100! Overall, I am sure I have made my point about my experience loud and clear! I would NEVER go to this place again! Who brings their kids to work with them and tells their client that they don’t have time for the service they made an appointment for?! What kind of owner dismisses the fact that she ruined my entire day, a day I had been waiting to celebrate with my best friend since I was 5 years old?! Flat out unacceptable! The only part of my experience that was decent was the poor girl who was left trying to fix my flat, limp, over-​worked/​conditioned hair. She tried so hard and kept apologizing, but in the end, the damage was already done. You’ve been warned! Steer clear if you’re going here to be pampered and taken care of for a huge day!

I absolutely love this place, Jacob did such an amazing job on my hair, he’s very honest and gives you the best consultations and got me exactly what I wanted ! I’ve been to so many hair salons but this one has been my favorite and the staff is all so friendly ! Will definitely be a regular here

Jacob was so sweet on the phone and was able to accommodate me with a Sunday appointment. Jamie worked on my hair for a wedding. We decided on the Bellini look, and Jamie asked about my one-​shouldered gown to make sure the big messy bun would be on the opposing side. I was in an out in about an hour and some change. Jamie trained at Paul Mitchell, and was just lovely. My hair lasted all night, and when I pulled out the pins the next day, I still had great curls and waves. Thanks so much!

Called on a Saturday as I’m pregnant and I haven’t been wanting to do my hair myself like normal… needed an appt for Sunday or Monday which is always been difficult for me as those are my days off and those are when 99% of salons are closed.
Brenda answered and totally accommodated me… she got me in with Rose Monday at 11:15– upon walking in (very cute easy to get to salon in Old Towne Temecula), I saw that Rose was cute, hip and trendy, reassuring me about my service. (you never want to get your hair done by someone behind on the trends or who looks like they don’t know what they are doing– sorry, but you are your own billboard in this industry).
She was quick, friendly, efficient and we ended up having a lot in common– she even noticed my hair was super uneven from growing so quick due to the prenatal vitamins and gave me a trim, free of charge. They all offered me waters, magazines and were trying to make sure I was super comfy.
Loved the outcome– will totally come back! (and I’d called around all day Saturday– the prices here were among the lowest out there– great service for good price!)

I had a unexpected party to go to while visiting a friend and needed my hair done quick. Even though the Salon was booked they managed to get me in and did a wonderful job! To bad I do not live close by because this would be my salon!!!

My mom and I have both been here and we love it! I’ve personally been here for everything: blowouts every other week, makeup for weddings/​events and for my pre baby shoot, color and cuts about every 8 weeks and I’m always in love with it all. My mom consistently gets her hair cut once a month and she looks great! I’m really happy we found a place in Temecula and it’s completely our type of salon. so chic! Oh & great location! We’ve been to the wine bar downstairs before and after which makes it for a fun day of pampering!

If you are looking for a professional Blow Out, a new haircut and style or flawless makeup look no further, this is the place hands down! Between my daughter, friends, and myself we have had all the services they offer combined and each one of us was pleased. That is what I call true customer service and satisfaction. Thank you again.

What a gem in the heart of Old Town Temecula.
Once a month I Drive in from LA to visit my friend. I always make my one stop at Edwards Thomas Salon for a cut and blow dry. Doesn’t matter which beautiful hairstylist I get, I always walk out looking and feeling fabulous. Thanks again Brenda for putting such a great team together. See you soon.

This was such a find! I decided to get my hair and makeup done before my anniversary shoot in Temecula. I’m from Orange County and found this place on Unilocal — and I could not have been more pleased! Jean was amazing. She worked quickly, listened to what I liked/didn’t like for my makeup and did a phenomenal job. She did the Bellini (an easy, up do) for my hair and it was amazing. She worked so quickly, she’s so talented! My makeup was perfect and complimented my blue dress. For $ 95 for hair and makeup, you can’t beat it. Brenda, the owner, was also super friendly and quickly returned phone calls. I highly recommend Thomas Edward salon!

This place was great. I along with 4 of my girls got blow outs for my wedding. The salon was clean and the girls were nice. They offered champagne, which is a plus for my party lol. They only thing I can complain about is the price. They told me 35 $ over the phone and I paid 45 $ when I was charged there.

Beautiful blow out by Kristine! My very first blow out experience and I LOVE the way my hair came out. We were so fortunate to make a same day appointment on a Saturday for a wedding we were attending. She helped me decide on the type of blow out and I could not be happier with the outcome. She also gave me recommendations for how to make the blow out last. Awesome customer service and very well priced – they offer a makeup/​blowout combo for $ 95 – such a steal!

The amazing ladies at Thomas Edward salon styled my hair and makeup along with my bridesmaids for my wedding. They were professional and knew exactly what would look best on each girl after taking their own personal style into account. Our hair and makeup stayed all night and looked gorgeous. I was married in Temecula 2 weeks ago and didn’t have any plan for my wedding hair up until 2 days before the wedding.
I searched reviews on Unilocal and found Thomas Edward Salon in Old Town with many good reviews, so I called and they said they would be more than happy to take me the afternoon before the wedding.
When I arrived, they consulted with me on the look I wanted, looked at pictures of my dress, and then they got to work.
My hair turned out ABSOLUTELY gorgeous, exactly what I wanted!!!
It stayed in place all through the evening wedding and I can’t tell you how many people commented on how beautiful it looked.
In fact, I went back to work this week and my friends were still stopping me to tell me how beautiful my hair looked.

Jean, is the BEST stylist! I wouldn’t go to anyone else. She is so sweet, funny, smart & professional. I’ve gone to her multiple times & every time I leave I’m more in love with my hair. She is so talented & gives the best advice on what to do with hair, whether it be everyday care to hair colors/​techniques that would look flattering on me. Trust me when I say there is NO ONE BETTER.

I’ve been to numerous salons in the Temecula area and this one tops them all. I came in with an absolute mess. My hair was dry, brittle and hadn’t been dyed in months, let alone the uneven home dye jobs that had ruined my hair, it was a trainwreck! I brought in a picture to Jean, who was the most phenomenal stylist. She was not only so sweet and welcoming but on time and her work is amazing. She exceeded my expectations and my hair looked even better than the picture I brought in! I had such a great experience, I’ll never go anywhere else! I haven’t stopped getting compliments on my hair and haven’t stopped smiling since I got it done. JEAN IS THE BEST!
